      I searched for apartments online and The Pointe North Hills came up. I arrived at this location to view the apartment with my mom. We briefly met a leasing agent named ****** - Whom I discussed the type of space I was looking for with, my mom and I provided our identification for holding and we were provided in return with three different sets of keys and the apartment numbers to be buzzed in to and view. We were surprised to be on a self-guided tour. We viewed the apartments and returned to inform ****** of what we saw as far as the construction work we walked into in one of the apartments and I expressed my concern of the open windows in the building and the broken step in the stairwell, she assured me that I would not be in that building because they have at least 75 vacancies and then we all spoke again briefly about the application in which there was no minimum amount to qualify to live in on their property that was brought up or discussed. I applied to the location, I received an email from a different agent named ********, I called back to check the status of the Application and a different agent named ******* answered and informed me that I failed the background check. She then later stated in the conversation that I didn’t fail the background but that I failed to meet the income qualifications. She stated that I need to make 4,600.00-5,000.00 monthly to live there. I told her that no one informed me of this before the application and it's not stated anywhere in the online app that I filled out and paid $350.00 for. She canceled my app and disconnected the call before I could verify the return of my funds. I called right back and an agent named *** answered the phone and then placed me on hold until I hung up and called back Just to finally have ****** answer this time. She stated my application fee, admin fee and deposit would be returned within 7 business days. It’s been more than 7 days. It’s going on 14 days and I still have yet to receive my funds back.

      Attached you will find both the electronically signed application, and the final account statement that ******* received. *******, applied with The Pointe North Hills on March 10th. Based off of her credit screening and our qualifications presented and outlined in our online application, and signed by *******, she did not qualify. Upon her application be presented to us, we tried multiple times to reach out and finally receiving a follow up we inquired if *******, had additional income or would like to add a cosigner to application. ******* did not wish to proceed with the application. We denied *******'s application and emailed her a copy of the final account statement attached. We request and advise all refunds to allow at least 60 days to receive a refund payment, and if not received by the 60 days to feel free to contact the office for a follow up this is also noted on the final account statement that was emailed to *******.
