AVOID THIS PLACE AT ALL COST THEY ARE EXTREMELY ROUGH ON YOUR VEHICLE. This place is awful, the first time I took it in they did not even fix what was damaged. They somehow made the paint look awful, as there were white deep dent like crevices with no paint. He said he did not do anything to that part, but they did put clear coat on it, but I do know that was not there before. When I pointed out the scratches from the accident that they did not repair, he said "You have got to be kidding me". I said no I am not. After he berated me a while he said "Ok I will have it done tomorrow. The next day I went to pick it up, the other side of my truck was damaged, from where they took off the bumper. He said I would have to have it done in a couple weeks when they have time. In a couple weeks I took it back and picked it up, and of course, the paint still looks awful as they did not fix that but they did fix where they damaged the other side. I am pretty tired of dealing with this guy so I just said okay and took my truck. Well, I pulled out on the road and the antennae hit in me in the face that they just had laying on my easily scratchable dash, and I noticed paint all over the steering wheel. This is all fine, as these are easy fixes but they scratched a huge spot in my leather steering wheel. I turned around and he was ready to greet me at the door. I explained everything to him and he did not say anything but he removed the paint off the steering wheel. Then when he was done, I said so what about the deep scratch in my leather steering wheel and he yelled "I don't care what you say, we did not do that!!" A leather steering wheel for my truck is quite expensive, I would never go here again if my life depended on it.

I took my vehicle to them for repair. The repair looks really nice.
The laws regarding auto body repair and insurance pymts suck.
My tire was damaged on their lot. Guess who had to cover the damage that on his lot? Me. Between the insurance laws and company policy, Sallys was legally not liable for the damages. The insurance company wasn't liable because it wasn't on the side affected in the wreck. The body shop is not liable for things that happen on their lot...
As far as their staff goes, I voiced my opinion aggressively and loudly. He did not cuss back at me. Nor did he engage in any physical intimidation. His company did repair some previous damage another repair shop (Rushers Vilonia) failed to address pro bono.
Any way, i had to replace both back tires. I have pictures of the car prior to it being taken to Gwatney Collision for repair. They were unable to do the repair. Adams towing in NLR towed it to Sallys auto body in NLR. Adams towed it with the back tires on the ground. The driver says he will sign affidavit to the fact that the tires were fine upon delivery. Idk who is liable for what.?. All i know is this, my car got hit in the back left quarter panel. And somehow at the end of all this i had to replace 2 tires.
