I have for the past year or so been visiting my local Precision Tune Auto Care (028-02) to have my vehicle serviced for an oil change. My last visit for an official service was on 3/04/2022. This August (8/2022), I visited for my annual oil change and the "NEW" management/team explained to that they were not able to service my vehicle because the last time I had it serviced..a now ex-employee cause damage to where they cannot access it for the oil change..that I would have to possibly take my vehicle to a dealership to fix and then comeback for the oil change..and that I wasn't the only customer that has experienced issues. (There is adhesive where the oil drain plug supposed to be. )Customer response

This was verbal communication between the new team member and me as they attempting to service my vehicle for an oil change. I am not a machine or any sorts of vehicle savvy. I personally told me that the ex employee was problematic to a point of termination. I do have picture of the oil drip location and the adhesive. and also there wouldn't be any recorded data of the neglect for either of myself or the new team members fore it was done by the ex employee and we wasn't aware until my annual service time. The acknowledgement of the issue was communicated with me by the new members but with actual record of it.
