The owner of this establishment is very The owner of this establishment is very rude, inconsiderate and unprofessional. We have been going to this dry cleaner several times over the years spending hundreds of dollars. We recently picked up our clothes only to realize that several items were ruined! Completely ruined! Holes everywhere! Designer shirts and jeans were damaged beyond wear. We took the clothes back up there and advised them that they were damaged. The woman at the front said we have to call the owner that personally cleans the clothes. First in all the owner *** ***** made excused and accused us of having RATS! We have no rats or angry black women cutting clothes! Does he thinks all black people wear designer and have rodents or has he never made a mistake and took absolutely no ownership of his damages. We were told to bring the clothes back for inspection only to be told that someone had intentionally cut holes in the clothes. We are 100% sure that the clothes had zero damage prior to the dry cleaning. We are forced to bring this claim to court.

I always do my best to be as professional as possible with all of our customers, even if we disagree. And for the record, I do not recall ever bringing up race in my discussion with Mr. ******* because I find that would be very disrespectful and completely uncalled for, especially when I come from a family with many African-American members with me being one of them. I personally looked at Mr. **** ********** clothes, which I am assuming is the reason why you posted this review, and I have never seen this type of damage happen during our cleaning process in my near 30 years of being in the dry cleaning business. Every one of these garments were perforated with a sharp object and there is nothing in our facility that would cause that kind of damage. Furthermore, it is odd to me that out of the thousands of garments that we clean on a daily basis, only 11 garments had this type of damage and they all belonged to the same customer. I even went as far as looking at our surveillance cameras and verified that there was no damage to the garments after they were cleaned and pressed. I also looked at the footage of when Mr. ******* picked up his clothes at our University location and he never bothered to look at them once the clerk handed him his clothes. He simply grabbed them and walked off. You may have had a better argument if Mr. ******* had inspected his garments and discovered the problem when the clothes were pick up, but the clothes were taken out of our facility and then brought back almost 2 weeks later with the supposed damage caused by us. We have no reason to vandalize anyone's clothes and I stand by my assessment that the damage you are accusing us of did not happen while the garments in question were under our care. I will be glad to present my case in court and present the facts.
