I used Ultragreen in 2022 and 2023 and at the end of 2023 I was not happy with their service so when they sent me renewal letters I sent them back writing no renewal and decline. On January 1st of 2024 they charged my credit card 2000.00. I contacted ultragreen and they admitted to receiving the decline of renewal and told me they would reverse the charge and that it would tale 30 days. I have been trying to contact them in regards to the charges and now they won't return my messages. I just want what is owed to me. I have not had any services from them since November of 2023. I have told them numerous times I didn't want their services and now emails ******** messages nor messages with their company are being ignoredBusiness response

We Spoke to this Client and resolved the complaint. We offered to Complete services for *** that were not currently included with her current company. We scheduled a disease sample to be sent for Diagnosis as well as scheduled Grub Control, Flea & Tick and Lawn Damaging insect Control Services, Core Aeration, Mosquito, and Fungicides.
