I really wish I could leave 0 stars. I just wanted to add this to the review that my husband left. This was newly laid sod that was put down by our builders in September/October. They ( UltraGreen ) sprayed our lawn with preemergent around Jan/Feb which is what killed our grass before it even had a chance to take root. Earlier this year (winter) UltraGreen mistakenly sprayed a pre-emergent on our lawn and we’re not even customers. The young man apologized and said he was supposed to treat the house on the next street with the same street number as ours. Fast forward to the spring, we noticed our lawn was dying instead of growing. We contacted Ultragreen and they sent someone out to look and a Nick P*** agreed that it was bad and took ownership of the situation. He claimed to have ordered new sod but it was a 10-week back order on it. We were fine with waiting and thought everything would be taken care of. Then a Sonny T***** stopped by to introduce himself and said he would be facilitating the installation of our new lawn and would be in touch soon. A few weeks went by so I followed up with Sonny and he said to call Nick to check on the status. I followed up with Nick and now he is saying he has to check with the owner about this situation. Now they aren’t even getting back with me. So it went from them making an honest mistake and taking ownership to back peddling on what they said they would do and not returning my calls.

Extremely angry doesn't even begin to describe my hostility right now. I was just about to write a check to pay the bill that has my husband's name only on the account only to realize this company somehow managed to get their payment by unethical business operations already from our checking account. We did not sign any contract nor did we sign anything authorizing them to be able to draft funds from our checking account. I'm done with this company and their shady way of doing business. Not even worth one star but I had no other choice.

I’m very disappointed with ultra green services. In the beginning (several years ago) service was very good, over time the service became so bad that I had to cancel in November 2022. I accidentally double paid my last invoice for service in Oct 2022 and have talked with your office a couple different times. I was told that the owner is very busy and owns multiple businesses and would take about 6-8 weeks to issue refund check. Sad to say still no check for $116.80.

A phone number belonging to UltraGreen of Maumelle has left text messages and voice messages on my phone, informing me that they are treating yards in my neighborhood and wanting to know when I want my yard treated. They do not identify themselves but rather pretend to be my lawn service of choice. I resent their lack of communication disclosure, and I consider their unethical pretense of being my contracted lawn service. Their communication and business development practices are in clear violation of FTC laws. I would never do business with such a company.

Killed my grass and over billed me. They killed my grass to dead brown. They then added to the bill for things that they did to do. Beware of this company. The owner called me souring and not sounding business ready and the office in Arkansas is useless. Avoid these guys in my opinion.
