I want to give a negative star!!! ******* ***** is an unprofessional, rude, male chauvinist who takes advantage of his customers by falsifying documents with longer hours worked than worked, and lacks etiquette to his customers. I left my mom in charge of overseeing his visit to my home on last Friday 9/17, where he had my mom sign a contract without providing a carbon copy, refused to remove his shoes upon entering my home while stating to my mom that "I'm going to be in and out because $175 an hour goes fast.". As he went through my home he was rude to my mom not once but twice, the first time he put his finger to his mouth and told her to shhh, the second time he told her he wanted her to stop talking and that he was talking to my dad. My mom then had to explain that my dad cannot hear all that well and she was the one overseeing my home while I was at work. I received a call on Monday night at 8:15PM for payment!!! I called the office on Tuesday morning and spoke to Ms ****** who was the sweetest lady and very apologetic of ******* bad behavior when I told her about all that had happened. I asked for an itemized invoice so that I could review all charges before rendering my payment. I then received an unprofessional call from ******* and he told me he could not provide an itemized receipt and that I had to prepay per the contract my mom signed, I then told him I needed a copy and he said he would send it to me after I made the payment. I called Ms ****** back and made a payment in the amount of $356.01. I then told her that I needed a copy of the contract that my mom signed, an itemized invoice, and my report of what was found. She told me she had to contact *******. I received the report per e-mail late in the evening after calling ******* to ask him to please send it to me and the report had false information stating that he was at my home for 2.5 hours when my cameras clearly showed him being at my home 1 hour and 14 minutes. My mom told me he got finished and supposedly detected a leak in under and hour, and stood in the yard and talked. If my memory serves me correctly I've never been billed for a person talking. When I called the office on Wednesday morning I spoke to Ms ****** and told her my concerns about what was written and what I saw on my cameras and how it didn't add up. Not too much longer after speaking with her I received a very rude call from *******. He did not speak he went right in on me and started to talk over me, and in response I began to tell him my issues but he didn't hear a word I was saying due to yelling "You're going to listen to me.". I then told him "no you're going to listen to me." He proceeded to call my mom a liar, told me he was not refunding some of my money as I told him what my cameras showed and didn't match the time he wrote in his 3rd grade level report that he sent and that the report didn't even include where he found the leak. So now I am out of $356 and back to square one to get a reputable company to find the leak at my home. DO NOT USE THIS PERSON FOR ANY PLUMBING NEEDS!!!!!!
Oh and I still have yet to receive the contract.
