In Feb of 2021 l contacted business about a monument for my father in ******** ******** ****** ***** They sent information on monuments and I purchased the stone and to be placed as head stone on fathers grave. The cost of services and stone was $1554.00, and check cleared the bank on 3-8-21, was informed would be set by June of 2021, still not set. In June business advised the stone hadn't arrived yet. In July they informed because Covid they still hadn't received stone. Long story short the stone finally arrived 3 months ago but now apparently there is no one to engrave it. The engraver was supposed to have been sick. But still after 3 months still not engraved. When contacted last week we were informed they don't have time to talk to us. They will call us when they have time to talk. We live 600 miles away and think we have been scammed. When we tried to talk with them last week we asked for our money back. She advised they don't have any money and they have had to refund too many. We are just asking to either complete our deal or refund our money. Please contact us back as travel there is hard as I am 85 and would have to arrange transportation Thank you in advance.Business response

The stone arrived and we engraved it last Thursday. I will send a photo to the customer and also another photo when it is installed in the cemetery.
When I last spoke with *** ******* and explained that our engraver, who had been hospitalized and out of work for 8 weeks, was back working again she was fine with that and said she would let you know this we’re proceeding. We should be able to install it this week unless the cemetery has an unusually heavy funeral schedule. We will send her a photo once it is installed and keep you apprised.
