    Update: I contacted FMCSA. They don't have a record of them. I was not provided with a US DOT number from them. It seems like they're operating without a license. They're also not BBB accredited. If provided with the aforementioned credentials, I will update my review to reflect this. Facts first: arrived 3.5 hrs late, took an unauthorized 35 min smoke break (that I was still charged for) after only working 1 hour because they didn't want my mom to supervise them "because she doesn't speak English" (she does), of course I complained to their boss. His response was unprofessional/unsatisfactory so I wrote an initial review reflecting this. I had to file a police report due the owner's? verbal harassment after posting my initial review to the Thumbtack website (I'm not sure he's the owner because it's hard to believe someone would be so psychotic and care so little about his business). I can't include pictures of the exchange here but I've reviewed them on Yelp as well and will attempt to post later. For now if you're a woman, I'd stay far far away. I've never had a panic attack before, but this experience was so horrifying it caused one. It was especially creepy that they took note of all my belongings and assumed I was a drug addict from my migraine medication syringe waste container, my wine collection for some reason, and attacked me based on this. Saying they would request a drug test from my employer (which all people in my field get on a yearly basis anyway) It was very weird. Why all the drug references? At first I thought the movers themselves were okay, but it turned out they were feeding their boss information about me, career, exact location, presumed habits (see migraine meds above), and marital status. Absolutely creepy and deeply disturbed. Of course he did all of this with a different phone number so he could maintain the facade of professionalism. But I intend to prosecute to the fullest extent because no woman should feel so unsafe to the point of having to sleep somewhere else other than her home due to these terrible awful humans. COVID-19 issues: neither of the men sent wore masks despite the delta variant being at its high. I work with cancer patients at the moment, and though I wore an N95, I was concerned.

    We didn't move you we only assisted you with packing. The company that actually moved you furniture from Arkansas to where ever you moved to would be the ones to provide you with those credentials. We are licensed to perform the work we did. A US DOT number is for transport and we never transported your items.
    We were late for arrival but that was communicated with you prior to the start time and you were okay as long as they would make it in time to complete it the Saturday you requested because you had movers coming to actually move you items the following Tuesday. When you ran out of material you needed to go get more. I had spoke with you prior to the guys arrival and you asked about the packing material and I recommended you get more but you failed to do so. When you left out your home the guys left with you. Your apartment was secured and you need a chip to enter so when you left you knew it was no was the guys could get back in until you returned. You messaged me as you returned saying the guys took a break and you didn't want to pay for it. I had spoke to the guys while you were away at the store and they had already told me and told me you were okay with them waiting until you got back. They also told me that your mom was there but after being there 2 hour(not 1) they only heard you and your mom speak Spanish amongst yourselves so they "ASSUMED" that she only spoke Spanish. That was the information relayed to me from the guys that was tipped $40 each. I wasn't charging you for that break time but because you were insinuating that the guys were messing around, I explained that I was aware by telling you what I knew so far. When I relayed that your mon didn't speak English you took great offense to that and things went bad really quick. You said that the was a racist comment and it seemed to boil your blood. I have never experienced having someone assume I don't speak English but I have been meet with racism and it's not something anyone can take lightly. My initial resolve was to have the guys leave because it was them that made the assumption but you wouldn't allow me to get another crew because you were adamant about completing. For some reason all the anger was directed toward me for the statement. The rest over the evening was smooth and you again tipped them $40 each when they left but also started leaving reviews as soon as they left. We received 3 or 4 reviews prior to the next day. We never received any information or anything about a police report. You have dealt with James and I'm Kevin, the owner. I would have reached out to you myself but after a careful review I thought it was best not to. All of the exchanges are saved and archived but I don't see any harassment messages so I'm not sure what you consider harassment but I don't see any evidence of that. I seen the messages screen shared messages via Yelp but I don't know who that number belongs to. If I could prove that it was any of the employees here that sent those messages then I would definitely do something about it. If you have something that can prove that those messages belong to my guys I really would like for you to provide that to me. You can call or email whichever your prefer. I do understand that you were in medical school here and were in the middle of taking for final test for you're license so you may be a little busy. I hope it went well by the way.     I did communicate with "James'" concerning the harassment. He didn't provide a response. And neither did Kevin. Their response was to ignore me. I did file a police report with the information from the number that contacted me. I haven't had a chance to file with the prosecutor because I am busy. But that behavior was not acceptable. I'd warn any woman to stay away from this company.

    The number that contacted me belonged to one "Ronnie ********* I didn't post the number so that my honest review wouldn't get removed.

    Your account of the events that took place is not the truth. The number that you've placed on several sites does not belong to anyone associated with Best Rated Couriers. It's been 3 weeks and I've received all of the attempts to slander my business. You've had time to go to the prosecuting attorneys office. Please do so at your earliest convenience so I can end your harassment.
