Tevin was our salesperson and he was amazing! He talked me every single process, helped find a vehicle that fit my every need, and worked with me until we could come down to a price that worked for me. My wife and I each bought a vehicle from Tevin. The process from start to finish was painless and they worked with us as far as the price. We had great service thru them! Our engine went out on our car, they got the engine ordered and replaced, got us a loaner car as soon as they had one available, and even delivered my car to me at work when it was finished! The guy that delivered my car to me even drove BACK again for a second time because my battery died and literally took my car to the auto parts store in town, got my battery replaced for me and brought my car back again. I was amazed at how helpful they were when they didnt have to be with the dead battery situation. That wasnt what they were working on the vehicle for and still helped me so I'd be able to get me and my babies home from the daycare I work at. Thank yall so much! 10/10 recommend. Oh and the people in service are very friendly and helpful! Shout out to them too. :)Review from Cathy D

BEWARE OF CRAIN HYUNDAI NORTH LITTLE ROCK- they are dishonest and deceptive!!!! They added over $4800.00 to my contract for warranty/protection premiums without my knowledge. They present it like it is part of Hyundai's standard warranty. They wouldn't give me paperwork so I couldn't see they added these premiums until I received them in the mail 1 1/2 months later. I had to drive 3 hours to their dealership to sign paperwork to cancel the coverage. They wouldn't let me E-sign. They make it very inconvenient hoping you will just say "forget it". Then they charged me $130.00 cancellation fees which they won't reimburse me for. If they had just been upfront and asked me if I wanted this coverage, I would not be going through this horrible experience. But it's all about them making their commissions and that's why they added it without my knowledge. I would NOT recommend this dealership to anyone!!!!!Review from Trena B

Crain Hyundai North Little Rock does not care about their customers or vehicle safety. My car has a recall because of a part that might cause an engine fire. I have made 3 different appointments with their service department to have this recalled part repaired. Each time I was given excuses and turned away even though I had a scheduled appointment. The last time I scheduled the appointment and took off from work because they told me the repair could not be performed on a Saturday. So, I took off work and drove an hour to get there only to be told the technician went home sick and the other mechanics could not do the job. They did not offer me any sort of compensation for my lost time at work or for the drive down there. I was told I could try my luck at one their other locations. So, I am still riding around in a car that could potentially catch on fire and they showed absolutely no concern. I will never buy a car there or have my serviced there again. I advise others to avoid it as well.Review from Charles S

January 2022 I bought a new car there after the price was agreed on. In the finance office despite me repeatedly saying I didn't want anything else added to that price they added a warranty to my new car without my consent. As I was signing the forms on the table apparently each time I signed, the loan person checked off that I wanted a warranty when it was very clear to him and everybody else that I did not. The dealer bought and canceled the warranty the same day I bought the car and got a refund. When I e-mailed about the extra $3,000 on my loan they said it would take 6 weeks before they would get a refund and then I found out from the warranty company that they already had it and bought and canceled the warranty the same day. They hoped I would not know about that and they hoped I would not notice that they added almost $3,000 to my loan. They will not give me this money they stole. It's insurance fraud. I told them I did not want a loan after what was due after my trade in. They said they'd get me a better price if I took out a loan. That was a lie so they could add more money to the loan and hope I didn't notice. So now they get another $3,000 from me in the loan and also another $3,000 from the insurance warranty company. At least. They refuse to give me back my money. I hope somebody prosecutes them for their deceptive practices and insurance fraud. Lying and stealing is what they are good at.Review from Ashley B

We bought a brand new hyundai earlier this year and with it came free oil changes until 36,000 miles. We took our vehicle in to get the oil changed yesterday (this is the 5th one) and they could not change the oil for 'free' because they lost the record of our last oil change even though we had the oil change sticker still on the car from the last time they changed it. They then told us it would be $38 to change the oil. We said ok and went on. They changed the oil and then charged us $54!!!!! This was the manager we were dealing with too. They robbed us of our free oil change because of their failure to maintain records and thats not right.Review from Cedric C

Not enclose info about vehicle knowinglyi bought a vehicle from them it broke down a week later they came and got it finally they didn't give me a rental or loaner car . I asked for my money back which was 2000 down . It was gone take a couple of weeks to fix because parts backed up, meanwhile I have no car to get to work . All I want is my money plus money sent back and forth to work.i will never to business with them again. O and they trying to make to pay for the broken vehicle.
