I have repeatedly ask them to stop sending me a statement received monthly for over 5 months: Termite renewal $163.16. The company may have done business with the previous owner, not me. Told those that came to the door no. I don't need anyone thinking this is a debt owed with this sneaky method. Very poor business practice. Remove me from their system. Do not send me another statement on account number ******.Business response

This account was cancelled months ago. However the balance was not removed due to error in our system. The account is now at a zero balance and cancelled. Customer should not receive anymore statements regarding the termite policy. We are sorry for this inconvenience. Again the customer does not owe Adams anything. Thanks.

Adams Pest Control has been mailing me invoices for termite inspection services every month during 2022. I have not set up any account with them and I have never inquired about any services with this company. I have called them to request they stop sending me invoices for services that I have not agreed to or requested, yet they continue to send me invoices. They explained they are simply offering services, so I told them that sending people invoices is not the same as advertisements for services and would like to decline any services they offer. I would like them to stop sending me any mail and hopefully in the future they can realize how unprofessional it is to mail invoices to people who have not set up services with them. To add to this, many of my neighbors have been dealing with this same issue from them since the contractor who built our neighborhood used Adams pest control for inspections before closing on each home.Business response

This account has been cancelled. How we got involved is we did the pre-treatment for termites for new construction. The builder hired Adams. We perform all services for this builder and is probably why her neighbors are familiar. The owners were also given a years worth of termite coverage that is included with treatment and it is ***e for renewal. Adams makes every attempt to contact and schedule an inspection that is usually performed during renewal process. However there are ***es inspections are not scheduled but Adams sends invoice to keep the termite coverage current.
the customer is correct that there was a call in September to cancel service. It did not get cancelled but now it is as I looked into it personally.
in the future if the customer changes their mind we can get service going again.
