  We are extremely pleased with the pool that was installed by Aloha Pools & Spas. We met with Scott and Michael to discuss what we were looking for and signed the contract January 19th. Firstly I would like to say that Scott was refreshingly straightforward about the entire process. He explained everything and answered all our questions honestly but made it clear that things are not ever going to go exactly as planned, but they would do everything they could to get our pool completed as scheduled. Well, we put our trust in him and his company and they did not disappoint! From day 1 when Doug came to dig out our pool we just sat back and trusted the process. With the exception of bad weather days we had guys working week after week. Every one of the guys who came were professional, courteous and just so darn friendly! We watched with great curiosity as they worked and asked many questions about what was going on. They were always happy to chat about what they were doing. When it came time to talk about the pool apron and the area around the pool with Ivan, he was fantastic. I showed him my attempt at a pool diagram (Third grade level!) and he got exactly what I was looking for. His crew and all the crews are amazing and it is so obvious that they know what they are doing and are very skilled in their craft. Pool school with Rob was the perfect end to this project. So patient and helpful. The final thing that needs to be said is that without exception any person that we reached out to about this project, by phone or text, the response was very fast. Even a couple of times when I hit the wrong button and called by accident!! Thank you Scott and all the guys at Aloha!! You are all amazing!

  We couldn’t be happier with our pool!! It took Aloha Pools about 3 months from start to finish, and they would’ve been finished sooner if the weather had cooperated. Not only were they all great during the building process, they have been great to work with all summer as well. From pool school to closing the pool, they have been here to instruct us with proper care and maintenance every step of the way. We have owned a pool before, but this pool has been the easiest and least amount of work. Get the pool cleaner they recommend!! It’s a game changer. I think it’s the pool cleaner and the fact that we were actually taught how to care for a pool properly. Scott is very responsive, Ivan was amazing to work with on the construction side, and Rob was great at helping us learn how to take care of a pool. These guys have been doing this for 30 or 40 years (I can’t remember exactly how long) together and it really shows. They are definitely experts at what they do. I have recommended them to several friends and family members, and I would recommend them to anyone. The price we paid was very reasonable (one of the lowest quotes we got, actually) and we have no regrets!!

  I have had multiple issues with this company. I had a pool installed 2 years ago, and was promised a deadline by Aug 2021. The finished project was October 2021. When job completed and pool filled, it was immediately covered and winterized as it was too cold to use for swim. April 8th, 2022- pool company hired uncovered pool and said, I think you might have a leak in the liner somewhere, when we covered it there was plenty of water and now we are having to fill it up because at least 3/4 feet of water has evaporated. You need to contact the person who put this pool in and let them know. Scott was contacted (rep and sales person for this area) his suggestion was to do a tape test to find out how much water was being lost. Pool service company I hired did this, and on multiple occasions ***** was noticed electronically, a reply was sent that said we will send someone out. No one for this company ever came out to rectify this. no response. Pool closed in Sep, after filling it with more water added) After multiple filling of pool every week with adding more water. New pool season, pool company uncovered pool and to no surprise pool completely drained, no water. *****  was contacted electronically and via phone with previous documentation and pictures. ******* response was… we’re not liable, you will have to rectify this on your own and abruptly ended the call by hang up. There are very similar review under elite pools by Aloha and several other alibi company for this individual and corporation. There is also a warranty for the said liner for 17 years. This is a legitimate fail on this company and false advertisement and clearly taking advantage of consumers, please do your research. This matter will be elevated to the attorney general and others.

  Mrs. J******, we at Aloha will continue to strive for 100% satisfied customers even though in reality things sometimes don't go smoothly. Perhaps there was a miscommunication about a completion date, however we have never or ever will give a specific completion date. Construction is just too dependent on weather, mechanical machinery, supply chains, etc. As for your leak in the pool, we stand behind our workmanship more than any company I know of. When we completed your pool, 2 years ago, it was holding water and functioning properly. Otherwise, we would not have collected our final payment. When I received a call from your pool service person the other day, two years later, I explained in detail the steps necessary to find his leak in the liner. Your pool service person responded with threats instead of accepting our assistance. We are here to help. Lathan has a liner warranty for 20 years.   The entire Aloha Crew was great. Scott, Doug, Ivan, Rob and everyone involved with the build were extremely professional and masters of their trade. They have worked together for decades and it shows. They did everything they said they would do when they said they would do it. I never second guessed them throughout the process. I would recommend them to anyone considering buying a pool. They are great pool builders and even better people.

  After talking with many pool companies for quotes we chose Scott and the team from Elite/Aloha to build ours. I was familiar with his name because around 30 years ago he built my parent's pool. The quality of construction was very good then and he and his team have perfected their craft over the years. We just finished the installation of our pool and it turned out better than our expectations and right on time. With a recent shortage of supplies and labor, it is difficult for many companies these days to live up to their performance promises. Scott's team does. A pool is a sizable investment for any homeowner and you want to trust those dollars to a company that has experience. I'm not sure what the average tenure is for Scott's team as a whole but the project managers have been with Scott for decades and were a real pleasure to work with and talk to. Everyone on the team communicated clearly and in a timely manner and worked hard to reduce any stress or friction that can sometimes accompany construction projects of this size. If I had it to do all over again I would go the exact same route with Scott. The materials used were quality name brands and the expertise in putting them together and engineering the pool to work efficiently in our yard was second to none. If you are looking for a pool builder in Central Arkansas you can't do better than Elite/Aloha Pools but do your homework because you can do a whole lot worse and the piles of horror stories from those who have are easy to find.
