I rented a storage unit through copper safe storage (unit **). I have had multiple issues with the unit blue tooth locking mechanism not allowing me access to the contents of my unit. I have attempted to reach out to customer service multiple times and have been hung up on, told they cannot help me and that I need to call the lock manufacturer (which I did), and then told that my unit will be fixed in 7-10 business days and that no one is available to help me get into my unit which contained items I needed immediately costing me hundreds of dollars due to having to replace the items I was unable to access. I requested to at least be credited a month since I had been having this issue multiple times within the month and they told me no credit would be issued with no explanation. I am not even able to access my unit to remove my belongings to avoid being charged another month.
