I purchased a car 2012 MercedesBenz C-350 on 3/15/2023 from Posh Automotive North Little Rock,AR. A warranty was added to my price that I did no want, and the warranty contract was not given to me in my paper work at the close and when I finally got the contract my signature had been forged. I reported it to United Auto Credit and cancelled the contract through United Auto Credit who holds the lien on my account, because the dealership would not. I was not given the title to my car only a letter to take to DMV Revenue Office asking them to allow me to register my car, this along with other paperwork pay my Sales tax. I had no title therefore my registration has been place in suspension. I have called the dealership asking for my title and was told by the Owner/salesperson that the title was at the DMV office. I called DMV and was told that no title had been turned in for me. That conversation Started 2 weeks ago and as of date no title has reached the DMV. I also called United Auto Credit to see if they had received a title and they said no. I have been checking both places and still nothing. United Auto Credit has also been calling and reaching out for me and themselves for the title only to be met with rude comments, and so have I. I was told by the dealership/owner that “ just because my name is on a piece of paper this doesn’t concern me, that it is only between the dealership, Credit Company and DMV”. Then I asked her, “so am I legal” she then would not answer and hung up on me. I have filled a couple of forms to get the ball rolling from my end to try and secure my title, but I need to know if there is anything else I can do to help speed along the process because I have been without a title since I purchased the car in March. Please help. Thank you.

This customers title has been delivered to the Arkansas Department of Revenue.

This customer is paying a finance company that we put in place for her to obtain funding for our vehicle.

She is not intitled to a title until completion of her payments.
