some fifteen years ago my now deceased wife gave me a Timex Perpetual Calendar watch with lifetime battery replacement service. I have returned the watch to the factory three times for battery replacement and calendar date re-set. Two of the experiences were satisfactory although in every case the service was not free. Timex required proof of purchase and I could not provide it, my wife having died eight years ago. In November 2022, I again needed battery replacement and called Timex customer service and spoke with "Leo" who gave me mailing instructions and (again) said that I needed to pay. I mailed the watch to 1251 S, Perry Rd #100, Plainfield, IN, 46168 and that was the last time that I saw the watch. I have since called - or tried to call - customer service multiple times with absolutely no success. Only ONCE was I able to speak to a person who then put me on hold - after waiting on hold for over twenty minutes, I gave up. The customer service number plays a message that claims that if one's telephone number is left, Timex will call back. NOT A CHANCE !!!Initial Complaint

On November 9th 2021 I purchased items (with overnight shipping) from Timex.com. I received and order confirmation email and got an order number to look up the order on the main website. The next day I did not receive order and upon calling Timex says they cant find the order. My bank account has already been charged the full amount $335.41 yet they cannot find the order. I'd like at the very least my items delivered and my refund for shipping adjustments. Order #XXXXXXXX email:********@gmail.com zip: XXXXXBusiness response

Consumer Response /* (3000, 11, 2021/11/29) */ I was still not refunded my shipping costs from Timex so my complaint was not addressed Business Response /* (4000, 13, 2021/11/30) */ The customer was refunded their shipping fee on November the 14th in the amount of $27.10 suggest the consumer rechecks their banking records.
