      I have been getting the run around on my Gap refund check. First she said my finance company was to issue the refund. I called the finance company they sent me to the gap department. The gap department said the sent the gap refund to Bayird on xx/xx/xxxx date and Bayird has still not issued my refund. First ***** was saying that they are not the one that issued it now she is supposed to be sending me one in the mail and I have YET to receive it. It’s been 4 months of trying to get my gap refund.

      The original refund was mailed to the customer address on file.  However the customer has moved and the resident threw the check away instead of forwarding to customer.  We learned of this and now have the new address and mailed another check to customers new address last week.  We apologize for the delay in receiving this refund.  I hope this explanation is sufficient but I’m happy to provide more communication as necessary.

      Had my car towed to this dealership on April 4 with an unknown issue. They never called and gave us updates until my husband called on April 14 and the service department wanted $700 and some change to “diagnose” what’s wrong. Then, no phone calls until we called to check on things and no answers. We didn’t even know the car had been “starred” until my mother asked someone she knew who worked at the dealership and that lady told her. We never knew of this development until we reached out about it. We have called, visited, contacted corporate to no avail. We cannot get answers and they give us the runaround and say “we will get back with you”. I have four sons who are busy. I have a job. I have to borrow rides from people I know because this company cannot give answers and treat me terribly. I have HAD IT. How is this service department even open? Much less the dealership. I pay a car note, insurance, and satellite radio for a van that is sitting out in the back their dealership, exposed to the elements. I NEED ANSWERS!! Please help.

      We received this vehicle on a tow in with no appointment.  Our shop is backed up with work already with 2 technicians on staff, but tried to work in the van to be looked at by one of our technicians. The technician looking at it had a sudden and unexpected death in his family in Mexico and had to leave the country and will be gone for an undetermined amount of time as he has to help provide for his family down there leaving us with 1 technician to pick up all the work.  Because we have not charged any money on this deal to the customer, we called and advised to have the vehicle towed somewhere else that could get to it quicker.

      I bought a Salem 29VBUD RV camper on July 23, 2022. VIN number *****************. I paid $1450.00 for a down payment via cash and another payment of $1500 to have an air conditioner installed. I financed through Bayird at Bank of America for $33679.00 A week after my camper was purchased and taken to a lot that I spent $2000.00 to put it on, everything went wrong with my camper. The slide out roof ripped the first time I slid it out, the shower flooded my bathroom, the first time I pulled a blind down in the bedroom it will no longer roll back up. After calling Bayird and taking my camper all the way back to them they have completely tore apart my slide out. They are saying that the slide out doesn't fit my camper that it was a manufacture problem. They refuse to fix it at this time because they state the manufacture won't pay them the amount it will take to fix it. The owner of Bayird ***** Bayird REFUSES to exchange my camper for a different one on his lot. Bayird will not give me any type of grace period even though my purchase was less than 2 months ago. My camper has been in there shop and out of my hands since right after I bought it, yet NOTHING has been fixed. Meanwhile I am paying monthly insurance, a monthly bank payment, a lot payment for where it was supposed to be sitting, and I am out my down payment for the camper, and the amount it costed me out of pocket to put in an air conditioner. All for a camper that has not been in my possession for weeks! No one from the manufacture will return my phone calls and the general manager ***** ********* at Bayird RV hung up on me today during my phone call to him. Bayird RV refuses to exchange my camper or compensate me for any of the money I am out on a daily basis for having this camper that I don't even have. I cannot express my frustration enough! The camper sitting on their lot that replaced the camper I purchased, has the exact same issues with the shower as the one I bought! This place should be shut down!

      We are working with the manufacture on getting the customers issues resolved.  Bayird cares about these issues and is currently working diligently with the manufacture to get all the customers complaints handled.  The Rv is covered under the manufactures warranty and will be covered at no charge to the customer.   Bayird will keep the customer updated frequently on the progress.  Bayird values all customers through all of our network of dealerships.  Bayird services Arkansas and Missouri and strives hard for customer satisfaction.   Bayird doesn't manufacture rvs we only sell and service them so we are at the mercy of the manufacture for parts and authorization to do the repair.   Forest River has had communication with the customer and they are also working diligently to take care of Mrs. ********.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I have yet to receive a single phone call from Bayird RV since they have had my camper. The manufacture has NEVER called me regarding my camper. I have called several times trying to get information as to when it will be done and exactly what parts are needed to fix it. I have received the same information the last 3 weeks. Not a single project has been completed on my camper besides the rip in the seat for which Bayird did not even fix, a third party did. When I call, I get the same story or I get hung up on by the general manager because he doesn't want to take the time to talk to me and explain to me why I am not being compensated for their faults. I have asked for a camper to switch it out and their response was no, because they don't want the havoc of the paperwork. I have asked for a refund, they said no, that is not something they do. I have asked when it will be done, I have never gotten a response. Forest River has NEVER called me regarding my camper and when I call, I can never get a returned phone call. So for Bayird to say they are doing everything they can, is a flat out LIE. For Bayird to say they have been in contact with me, is a LIE. For Bayird to say Forest River has been in contact with me is a LIE. I can never get anyone to return my phone calls or tell me when I may have my lemon of a camper back. Now we are going on 3 months they have had my camper in their possession and the only answer I have gotten is they don't have the people/workers to fix it so there is no timeline as to when it will be done. By the time I get my camper back, my warranty will likely be up and *** the General Manager refused to add an extended warranty without it costing ME, OUT OF MY POCKET ONCE AGAIN, an extra couple of thousand dollars. I am so disappointed in Bayird RV. Something has got to be done!

      We are working diligently with Forest River to get this matter resolved.  Forest River is aware of the situation and is sending the parts to us as needed.  Forest River and myself (*** ******** General Manager) has also been in contact with the customer and giving weekly updates.  The customer has also been in our dealership multiple times and we have walked them to their camper to show the progress.  I did hang up on the customer's dad after I asked him multiple times to stop threatening and using foul language.  I have expressed to the customer that their camper is our top priority to get fixed and nothing seems to satisfy them.  We have a few parts needed to complete the job and as soon as we get them this unit will be complete for the customer to pick up.  Please email or call me with any questions.

      I paid this company $2418.00 to do repairs on my truck, I also provided them with all parts and purple oil to change out during the repairs. I noticed I am being charged for a part I do not know what it is, and also noticed the oil in my vehicle is clear and not the expensive purple brand I provided to them. I have reached out to this shop multiple times to address these concerns, but no one has ever called me back.

      Business Response /* (1000, 5, 2022/04/21) */ HELLO, This is **** ********** general manager with Bayird DCJR in West Plains, Mo we worked on Mr. ******** vehicle here in our shop. Mr. ******* had provided his own parts and oil for the repairs he wanted completed at our shop. Mr. ******* has stated that there are parts on his bill he isn't aware of and the oil he provided wasn't used and would like someone to reach out to him. I have made several attempts to reach Mr. ******* over his concerns with failed attempts and haven't received a call back. We have all signed documents from Mr. ******* approving of all the work preformed on his vehicle before we will start any job per company policy and issues like this. All work and parts have been agreed to by Mr. *******. All totals match with parts and labor charged to Mr. ******* with his signature approving of said work and the amount is what he was charged. As per the purple oil that is the oil used to do the repairs on Mr. ******** vehicle, had we used our own oil we would have to bill it to an repair order before parts will release the oil for tech. We have several employees who seen the Purple oil was placed in Mr. ******** vehicle. Per the description of the oil yes it has a slight purple tent to start with but once the oil heats up it looks just like normal oil. It doesn't stay purple. If there is any further assistance needed please reach out. I went ahead and changed the oil out myself wasn't going to wait around any longer after having no response from bayaird and trying to call and email with no luck so I went out and bought another round of $100 dollars worth of royal purple and documented via video the oil change out process beginning to end and taking samples of oil from beginning of and at end of all previous oil being drained out.. thought maybe your right purple oil must be dark and not purple after driving truck home for 1 hour bet almost time change it that quick short amount time? must change it from fresh purple to dark used oil instantly? but to my surprise after driving my truck over 10 hours now it still is nice and purple in color and nothing like what I drained from the so called previous change you did with only 1 hours worth..but I know from now on just not we're to take my truck for service easy lesson learned for that price not sweating it..when I get the results of my samples back I'll know then forsure exactly what the oil I drained consisted of and just chalk it up as a lesson learned..

      Awaiting a 2800 plus refund. Has been told the mailed it by regular mail December 14th and still has not received it now December 30. Mailed a almost 3k check no tracking no insurance. Will not check to see if has been cashed by someone else from being lost in mail or anything. I want check mailed and over nighted. Stop being lied to ect
