These "plumbers" installed a grinder pump in our quadplex. The specifications for the job was, low maintenance and durable. I was assured the system was good enough to handle our 4300sqft 7 bed 6 bath house. The system has failed three time in the first year. Repeated attempts to get the system repaired. Eric, the guy who did the work, never returned calls and "ghosted" me. I had to scramble to find someone to service the system. Zero customer service. once the check cleared they were gone and would not repair the system. They are unreliable and dishonest. I come to find out the system designed by master plumbing was terribly undersized for the house. AVOID THESE GUYS AT ALL COST. They do not back up their work.

Sorry you feel this way about your sewer pump job. We called Liberty pump company and had them spec the pump for your job, length of line and elevation and gpm. They speced a 1 HP Omnivore sewage grinder pump for your job. To our knowledge you called Eric several months ago with the 1st problem we were aware of and could not respond that day. You had to have it repaired that day so it is our understanding that you called someone else that said "We don't repair we replace". Probably a baby wipe hung in the impeller or a piece of plastic that we have no control over what is flushed but They put in another pump and did not even put wires back inside underground 2" conduit and supposedly charged you for new pump and install. Eric told you to let it come out till next morning and he would check pump. It had a warranty until they cut wire loose so now you can't even take it back to Locke for warranty. Why are you not calling whoever installed this new pump to come back. They told you we used wrong pump? They are probably using an injector pump instead . Who knows, we did not install. Now today it fails for what I only know as 2nd time and we did not put in this pump and Sounds like your impatient attitude and talking to Eric today has caused this backlash of someone to blame. Sorry for your problem. Job was done to spec and to code and inspected. We can't be responsible for what your renters are flushing and causing pump jamming of impeller. Communication and Attitude goes a long way for both parties. To many years in business with countless numbers of happy customers to let your lies go with out a comment on our part.

The system failed three times. You did not return my calls or text for several days, if at all. You started communicating with me again after I wrote this review. You did not stand behind your work.
