I ordered a box of vacuum cleaner bags on Saturday, March 16. I was told I should receive them in 1-2 days. I never received them so I called and left a message on Friday, March 22. Aerus / ********** called back on Monday, March 25. The guy asked, “did you receive them?” I told him no, that was why I called. He then said, “Oh, we got them back from UPS and they were damaged.” I asked for a refund and he rudely agreed to my request. I did not receive a credit on my credit card so I called again on Friday, March 29, and left another message. (They don’t seem to answer the store phone). I got a text back that said, “It has been processed, typically takes 37 business days.” I still haven’t received the credit. I sent a text yesterday letting them know I was going to file a complaint with the BBB if the credit didn’t appear by the end of yesterday. The guy wrote back and said, “It hit our bank this morning and issued immediately to yours” (???). Then he sent another text later that said, “I’m showing it has hit your bank”. The credit is still not showing on our end. I am tired of trying to resolve this issue on my own, I don’t trust the guy. I sent a text this morning letting him know the credit still wasn’t posted (or even pending) on our account. He did not respond this time.
