Made an appointment at 130 for the next day at 1230. Called at noon the day of my appointment to let them know I was needing to cancel due to having to go pick my son up from school vomiting. Was told I would be charged for the service, when I asked how that would even happen I was informed they kept my card information on file WITHOUT my permission or knowledge when I came in the first time and they would charge that card. She said only way out of that was to come in at 2:00. I let her know again I was picking up my vomiting 7 year old and that I wouldnt assume the other clients or workers for that matter would want to risk me coming in and getting them sick or having to bring my sick son with me. I was then hung up on. Called back and told I confirmed the 2pm appointment and she had nothing else to say to me. Missed the 2:00pm cus oh guess what my son is still vomiting and told the following "Samantha, when we discussed this situation on the phone earlier today and we came to the agreement that you would come at 2:00 instead of 12:30 with Claudia, to avoid the cancellation fee. We completely understand things come up, however, we had figured out a solution. Because there was another no show after already rescheduling, we have to charge the late cancellation in accordance with our 24 hour cancellation policy to give the stylist her commission on the service she was booked for. The Lash Lounge Rogers Pinnacle" Let's remeber i didn't even schedule 24 hrs in advance, no one informed me or keeping my card on file or charging me for not showing g up. I have NEVER scheduled with this establishment but always came as a walk in. Beware- they have ZERO customer service and literally have no care for the health or safety of their customers or workers just the money.
