We bought a 2022 Honda Shadow Phantom from here. Bike is great. ZERO complaints about the bike itself. Everything else was an absolute joke. They wouldn't let me test ride the bike before we bought it because I didn't want to wear a helmet. I ride every day without one. I understand insurance purposes, but they wouldn't let me waive any kind of legal rights. My wife goes to test ride the bike. She had a helmet, so they let her ride it. The kicker is, she doesn't have a motorcycle endorsement on her license. So you can test ride one without a license but not if you don't wear a helmet. Additionally, we had a little Rebel 250 that we left in their care for a few days since we didn't have an extra body to ride it home. When we picked it up, the handlebars were loose. They claim it was like that when we dropped it off, but we are 100% certain that it was not. After arguing with them about it, I finally just dropped it. Absolutely would not recommend this place to anyone. If we ever buy anything Honda again, we will make the drive elsewhere instead of 5 minutes down the road.

Took a day off work, drove 70 miles to Honda of Russellville, filled out 90% of paperwork on a new motorcycle, then they shove an arbitration agreement in front of me to sign. I told them that I am not giving up my consumer rights. They use an arbitrator to bypass the justice system in order to escape any liability, selling you a lemon, odometer discrepancy on used vehicles, injury due to negligence, faulty assembly resulting in injury or death, etc. They refused to sell me the bike unless I agree to their arbitration tactic. I left, they lost a sale. Wasted a lot of time and money going there and they could care less. Interesting that they do not tell customers about their arbitration tactic until you are about to close the sale. Shameful and shady dealership.

Standard operating practices in the powersports/automotive industry involve the use of arbitration agreements. They are used by the dealership, the finance companies we use, the credit card companies we use, etc. They offer protection for both the dealership and the consumer by providing a venue for mediation with a neutral third party before any further action is taken. They are used by most businesses these days but many times they are hidden within multiple pages of fine print so consumers are unaware they are even signing them. We make the choice to be transparent with out customers about the documents they are signing. If you review your finance contracts, banking agreements, credit card agreements, phone contracts, etc. you will almost certainly find an arbitration clause.. We are sorry that the customer chose not to complete their purchase but respect their right to make that decision

They apparently Hate their jobs, and dislike customers. I had to stop by to ask questions about a sale. Couldn't get anyone to look me in the eye, and everyone had their heads down like someone had just chewed them all out. I can tell you in 2 years, this is how they always act so this must be their atmosphere. I even tried to joke a little and smile - they wouldn't have any of it and refused to interact or break their sour look. My dealings were with finance - and like another reviewer, I can verify they have "don't bother me" attitudes. A pandemic gives no excuse for poor communication. If a customer is difficult, it's because the business has poor customer skills. I had to literally almost argue to TRY to get answers to my 3 basic questions. I even explained I didn't know their process and wanted to work WITH them. They still refused to help, so I went above the store, and easily got my answers. The store clearly has personnel who need a burr taken from their rears - not my normal language, but indeed what it reminds you. Anytime a customer walks in, you are building a reputation. Rest assured I know theirs, and won't bother them for service or future purchases. I am a very loyal customer, but I also won't do business where there's no cooperation with the seller.
