    When we purchased our home in 2016, they used Merritt Termite and Pest Control to do the inspection. We got a call at the end of the contract year to set up another yearly inspection. We scheduled the appt. Mr Merritt came out and did the inspection and was paid that same day. In 2017, 2018, 2019, and 2020, Mr Merritt or his would come and do the inspection and was paid that day and a receipt received. In 2021, we received a computer message from “square up” regarding an appt needing to be set up with Merritt Termite and Pest Control. It requested you schedule an appt, and we did. The appt was for 11-11-21 at 11:00. I received a message saying it had been accepted. I had not received anything from Mr Merritt regarding a change in the way he did business, but went ahead and scheduled an appt. I had retired so I sat in the backyard waiting on Mr Merritt to arrive on 11-11-22 at 11:00. He did not show up. We received another request saying WE had missed our appt on 11-11 and to schedule another appt. I went ahead and requested an appt for 12-1-22. I got a message saying it would be sent to Mr Merritt for approval. We never heard anything else. I tried numerous times to call and get in touch with Mr Merritt. I was unable to do so. His answering machine said to leave a message but it was full. I was unable to leave a message on either the business phone or his cell phone. That was in November and December of 2021. Last week I received a statement from Mr Merritt showing I owed for a yearly termite inspection charge of 125.00 plus a 35.00 late fee. We are home all the time. I checked and no one has been under the house in nearly 2 years. I do not feel that we owe this bill. I don't mind paying a bill for services received but won’t pay If services are not delivered. I looked back in the square up message I got and it now shows “undelivered” in red letters. I was very satisfied with them before this. I don’t understand what happened. I won’t pay for services not received.

    Do not ever use this company. They have my money for termite inspection. That never happened. Will not return my money or my phone calls. This has been going on since April 2022. Used them last two years not a problem. This year. They will not return my money or my phone calls. Hate to do this. But I’ve tried to resolve and that is not happening. 150 May not be much to them. It’s a lot to me. Ronnie. You need to make this right.
