I didn't think this company was as terrible as the reviews but we were quickly proven wrong and now I agree with a lot of other people on here. If I could have given them 0 stars, I would have. The first time we went to the office, my husband had a very rude encounter with one of the women who had a snappy attitude, was dismissive and walked away from him while he tried to get info about rentals, as if she didn't have time to deal with him. We applied for a specific property on the 24th. We were told it would take about 3 days to process and then we could place a deposit. We called on the 28th and we were told their system was down and it would be tomorrow. No problem, except we didn't hear anything. Called on the 30th and we were told that they were just waiting on our references. We offered to contact them to have them make contact with the office and they refused, saying they would have to get in touch with the references themselves. On the 3rd we were out of town and received a message that they needed to "discuss our application". Unable to get anyone on the phone when we called, we called them today, the 6th, ten days after we submitted an app to be told that they had rented the property out. There was never any mention that they had another app or that it was possible it might not be available to us. I attempted to call back to ask what had happened and it took 6 phone calls and one voicemail to get through. The lady, who was much nicer than the original woman we dealt with could not tell me why it took 10 days to approve our app and now we are up against a deadline to move when we were led to believe we had a property lined up. All in all, we will not be renting from this company. They have terrible reviews with the BBB as well as with the Russellville Chamber of Commerce and for good reason. Do yourself a favor, rent from ANYWHERE else.
