Absolutely horrible company. This is why municipalities shouldn't allow monopolization of utilities is small towns. This company knows exactly how they screw over each and every one of their customers on a daily basis. Let's start with the electric company. The workers here are dull motivated and rude. For a group of people that get paid to sit on bar stools all day and glance at their fb profile every 10 min, there is a lot of huffing and puffing when a customer does infact need help whether it's in person or ever the phone. They have obnoxiously long and drawn out automated menu options, so by time you even here what option to click you are 3 min into a call just to be answered by some moody woman who apparently can't be bothered to be asked about simple account information. Better yet, they will let you talk to someone live, then forward you to a voicemail!! Ridiculous! Now for NEXT. This has got to be the biggest joke of a *** **** fiber company I have ever witnessed. I have network administrator background experience and know how this stuff works, and the fact that my network sees fluctuations from 6-7 SECONDS (not ms) of latency, and often time am met with only 1/4 of my paid speed for downloads, has class action lawsuit written all over this. I have already gotten my entire neighborhood (about 150 of us) to start forming a class action lawsuit as we all have experienced the same dismal speeds despite what is advertised. We are soon to send out mail to the entire county asking for more people who have experienced the same issues to come forward as we are due for compensation based on only receiving less than HALF of what we paid to recieve. Lastly, their fees are atrocious and couldn't be justified in anyway. $50 reconnect fee for internet and electric (I had a card mishap, auto billing didn't work). You're telling me, that for you to scooch you and your foopa over your computer to reactivate my accounts costs your company $50? Big jokes.
