I spoke with a financial advisor about their Charity Care, and she told me that they only count my current income as the qualifying income as my income had recently dropped quite a bit as I semi-retired. I then spoke with a different financial advisor about Charity Care, and she told me that they count my income going back many months even if a person's income dropped down to even no income at all. I asked the financial advisor to have her manager Leslie ***** contact me as I had some questions about their Charity Care. I didn't hear back from Leslie for some time, so I then called her and left a voice message. Still no contact from Leslie. I have since emailed Leslie several times, but have never recieved a commuication from her and it's been about a month. I then email Leslie's manager, Mary ***** to contact me. That was almost 2 weeks ago now. Both Leslie and Mary have shown a lot of disrespect in just ignoring my many requests for information. They need to be held accountable for their inactions and also contact me so that I can finally ask some questions and get some answers.Business response

Leslie ***** & Mary ***** are staff members of White County Medical Center. Amanda is the administrator for Searcy Medical Center. I have forwarded this complaint to Leslie & Mary.
