I purchased a brand new home from Wilson homes of searcy in November 2023. Since then I've have so many problems. ******** **** ******** is the manufacturer. This was supposed to be a brand new home, however the floors are uneven and unlevel throughout the entire home. I have reached out to both parties multiple times. Also the electrical has been messed with multiple times since the home was delivered causing electrical fire in the laundry room. None of the trim stays in tact on the wall it get put down and snaps right off. The house is completely out of square. The fridge quite within a week of me being in the home. The plumbing has sometime wrong with it none of the bathrooms drain properly. Window seals hold water. James on doors are bent. There's hold under the flooring as well.. hole in the bath tub as I've reported and someone was supposed to come out in January and still have heard nothing I don't get a response from either place this home is unfit and unsafe. I don't even stay in it because it doesn't hold heat with the gaps in the doors. When they do have someone come out they shut cameras off and don't do the work. It's been poor communication and nothing getting resolved I want what I paid for and this home is not what I paid for on either end! The list goes on and on . *Business response

Wilson Homes of Arkansas has processed 11 work orders and completed work at ** ******* home on 6 different occasions. The other work orders were sent to the manufacture of the home to schedule service. Service on the home was schedule for earlier this year by the factory but there was a conflict on ** ******* part and the factory was not able to complete repairs. Wilson Homes on occasion has had difficulty reaching ** ****** and scheduling work. ** ****** has been informed that her best option is to contact the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Commision and file a complaint that her home was not built to the HUD codes required for Manufactured Homes. The AMHC will come and inspect the home and any issues found in this inspection will be addressed by a factory service technician. This course of action is by far the best route to find a solution to ** ****** dissatisfaction with her home.Business response

After speaking with the ******** **** ******** yesterday, they were in communication with ** ****** yesterday about repairs to her home. Wilson Homes has not been contacted by ** ****** for quite some time as ******** ***** has taken over repairs to her home. On more than one occasion ** ****** contacted Wilson Homes and demanded someone come to her home immediately, often late in the afternoon, which we have on every occasion. ******** ***** also tried to schedule service to ** ****** home but was denied as it was not convent with ** ****** schedule, so they had to go to a different location and try to reschedule. Wilson Homes of Arkansas has in every way tried to work with ** ****** to remedy her problems with her home with no progress. Once again Wilson Homes has been threatened with lawsuits and many other forms of intimidation by ** ****** with very nasty phone calls. Our response is for ** ****** to contact the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Commission. They are the governing body that we report to for any disputes concerning the homes delivery and setup along with construction. This agency is in charge of making sure the customer has a home that has been delivered properly by the retailer and built properly by the manufacturer. ** ******'s complaints with her home are with the construction of her home which in talking with ******** **** ********, they also are requesting ** ***** contact the Arkansas Manufactured Housing Comision to have an inspection of her home completed in a timely manner so her issues with her home can be resolved in the properly. ** ****** was provided this Information when the home was purchased but it is also being included in this response.

Wilson Homes always wants anyone who purchases a home to be satisfied with their home purchase and the service provided with both Wilson Homes and the Manufacturer, so we are disappointed that ** ****** is not satisfied with her home or the service provided. Hopefully with the Manufactured Housing Commissions assistance many of these issues can be resolved.

I am rejecting this response because:I have every message I've ever sent to both parties. This is the first time they are providing me with information to contact someone else. I have every email and I'm more than willing to print out and send in as proof that both parties have not been true to their word. Neither one gets back to me in a reasonable time frame as well as they both have been made aware of the issues of the home from the beginning.
I will reach out again. And also wait for a no reply to see exactly where that gets me as always.
I will be providing proof of messages from Wilson homes supervisor ***** that states also how terrible my home is. And that I've been beyond understand and flexible with them . Their very own employee! So no I'm not lying and yes both of there parties are. I'm simply trying to figure somthing out to get this home is livable condition! Without yall having to modify it because I did not order a modified home for 100k
