I placed an order for lures with Thunderhawklures.com on 1/27/2023 and I forgot to fill in my house address so USPS returned my order without trying to deliver to my house. I emailed the company and explained to them what happened and apologized for my mistake. They emailed me back and said they would resend the order. I have tried multiple times to reach them with emails asking them why I still dont have my lures and as of 3/17/2023 I can not get them to respond to the Emails. They have charged my visa card for the order but have not resent my order.Business response

I have received your email regarding complaint #********. The Owner of our Company and the Chief Operating Officer are presently out of the country, but will be returning sometime the week of May 8, 2023. I will ask them to promptly reply.
