This company refused to give me an estimate on services, then started work when I was not at home, without my permission. I was called by a neighbor who stated they left a large hole in my yard and had cut my plumbing and a cable in my yard and sent pictures. When I called when I found out and was told they were leaving what they had done.Business response

**** ***** was fully aware that we were at her home.She and I had good faith agreement she's lying and that's about all there is to it. We have a very heavy schedule and I revamped our schedule to help her out why she decided to change her mind about what we were doing I can't answer. We have a very good reputation in Searcy We were recommended by the plumber she used prior to calling us whom is now retired. I have no patience for **** ******** **** nor do I have a fix for people like her.
