my ex-wife and her husband died in a accident and has 9000 dollars worth of tree trimming tools both of them passed away in this accident I have been calling him since the 10th of last month I have been trying to get an invoice for this tow he is never in the office so he cannot give me a price to get there truck out of impound its been 22 days and still no invoice I know towing if you have any complaints on this company please call ********** this is the tow broad of Arkansas also if you have a car impounded by Arkansas state police he has to release your car 24/7 -7 days a week if he does not release your car please call Arkansas state police headquarters in your area he cannot hold your car if you can pay it out. He is not open on the weekend but due to Arkansas state contact you are required to be open so out of town people are able to get their car out on weekends and nights. If you have any problems with this company you can contact the TOW BOARD AT ************ or ARKANSAS STATE IN LOCAL AREA.Business response

He has nothing to do with this vehicle at all. We can only release the vehicle to the registered owner or the executor of the estate per Arkansas law. He is neither of those. There is nothing I can do for him in this case.Initial Complaint

My vehicle was impounded and this facility had the contract. I received incorrect information when I called the business. The owner hasn’t given me a detailed bill. He has been unprofessional with the fact that I have to wait and he conducts business outside his office, in his truck. I have been trying to get my vehicle back into my possession now for 8 days. Each time I have been there, he changes the fee or has some different rule. I have lost wages and missed appointments because of this. I have spent a lot of money and still have no vehicle.
