Good: They honored the 80k mile warranty for the failed catalytic converter, and replaced it at no cost to me. Car returned cleaner than when I left it. Mirrors and radio undisturbed from my settings. Less good: These folks are very busy. It took about 9 days to get it done.Review from Ivy M

Wonderful customer service experience. Mr JuJu and Mr Jones were professional and kind. They actively listened to my needs and did not overwhelm me with high pressured tactics. I felt respected and was treated with courtesy. I have taken care of providing vehicles for my children over the past 10 years so I am excited with my new personal auto purchase at Crain Kia. BY FAR, THE BEST DEALERSHIP EXPERIENCE & SERVICE EVER!! EVERY associate was knowledgeable & more than helpful & efficient!! I needed them to thoroughly inspect & repair the issues, not for me to drive an hour just to have them rush thru it. I made the appt. online, but I called to verify my appt w/the service dept for estimated cost/time needed for services. When I arrived it was est. @ 2 hrs, but I already planned to spend all day in LR just in case since an estimate is NOT a guarantee! If you stay & wait they have a nice area w/ refreshments, tv, Wi-Fi, ects. If needed they also provide shuttles to & from up to 10 mile radius! It was complete & they did more than expected in 3 hrs. There’s no reason to take my business anywhere else bc their services & staff are unmatched!!Review from Tara S

Crain always delivers with best in class service! I had a nice discount, with no strings attached, and they even cleaned my ride pretty nicely. Would recommend, no doubt!
