Triple R Improvement has done a wonderful job on replacing my roof. The entire experience was painless, stressless, quick, and educational. All questions were answered either during the initial consultation or before the work had begun. They were fast and proficient, professional and pleasant, informative and honest, and has phenomenal communication. My roof was completed earlier than I expected and this included the clean-up. Oh, DO NOT GET ME TALKING ABOUT THE CLEAN-UP!!! When I say I was able to see my driveway and sidewalk upon completion and removal of debris. I was and am very impressed. Exemplary customer service and workmanship. Triple R, has gone above and beyond my expectations. Between the age and the additional damage to my roof from the many storms we've had in my area these past many weeks, I was expecting things to be worse than what they were. They weren't all peaches and cream but Triple R made me feel and known that it could've been worse. Even with anything that could not have been seen during the initial estimate, my bank wasn't broken after all was during. After looking into about seven roofers, Triple R Improvement will be the only roofing, restoration, and repair company I can honestly and wholeheartedly say they are a company of integrity and morals and I will use on necessary projects or recommend Triple R Improvement moving forward. They are excellent and do an amazing job!! They helped get trees off my house after tornado came through. They had them off very quickly. They have all the equipment needed to do the job!! I highly recommend this service!!

I used Triple R Improvements for three trees on my property to remove two of them and prune the third that was hanging over the roof. The service was top notch and quick. The workers were polite and professional. One of the things that I like the most was the clean up afterwards. There was nothing left on the ground. Was someone that has the best work ethics I have seen in long time The quality of the entire crew was just amazing. I highly recommend thiss company for all your tree and roofing needs.
