      Purchased this cover in August 2023. Put it on in February. The cover started ripping immediately. Reached out in Feb, March, Apr. And May. STILL NO RESOLUTION. I HAVE A WARRANTY AGAINST DEFECTS, THE WHOLES ARE TOO LARGE AND which pulls the grommet through VERY EASILY. I SENT MANY PICTURES AND WARRANTY FORMS. I HAVE REACH OUT OVER A DOZEN TIMES AND ABSOLUTELY NOTHING HAS BEEN DONE. I AM A LONG TIME CUSTOMER SPENT A LOT OF MONEY AT THEIR BUSINESS AND UNWILLING TO REPLACE AFTER I received a defective item. Shameful to treat your longtime customers LIKE this.

      I ordered a cover for my boat. I received a cover that was between 4 and 6 ft. longer than my boat. No packing slip included so I couldn’t decipher what they sent me. Per the company turns out it was the wrong size and they sent me a replacement. I returned the first one at no charge to me. Received second cover, again no packing slip, and this one is way too small. I have no idea what they’re sending me as I have no paper work to compare to. The cover only fit over one side of my stern, didn’t even come close to reaching the other side. At this point I’m done playing games on let’s see which one will fit. Told the company my problem and that I’d just like to return for a refund. Thinking I was getting a full refund I only received partial minus return shipping. Not a happy customer at this point paying for their mistakes. I just want the return shipping credited back to me. Policy states customer is liable except if damaged or defective and this is clearly defective if the product doesn’t work. You didn’t charge me for your first mistake on the cover so why the second?

      They only refunded the product cost. They were supposed to refund my return shipping fee as well because the product they sent was defective.  Per their return policy customer is NOT liable if item is defective so stop playing games cover anything.
      I do not want to hear back from this company I just wanted to let bbb know it wasn’t a full refund. My credit card has refunded me the return shipping fee after not hearing back from these people because they know they are in the wrong.

      I bought a cover for my pontoon boat from Cover anything in September 15th 2021. The cover is leaking water ( there isn’t anywhere where the cover allows pooled water) and there’s a white powder the cover leaves all over the boat when I remove it! It’s the pontoon 1200 cover which is suppose to have a 12 year warranty ( which is actually a prorated warranty which allows a zero refund after 2 years!!!) I only found that out once I contacted the company ( the warranty during my original purchase DID NOT SHOW it was a prorated warranty). The cover is deteriorating in less that 2 years of use!! Unacceptable! The company drags their feet reviewing claims!!!

      Mr. ****, the disputes on BBB are not indicative of the quality of our covers.  We have hundreds of thousands of covers being successfully used by customers -- many times over the few customers contacting us via BBB.  Again, our warranty does not cover water pooling on the product due to the weight of water causing damage to the fabric and the seams of the cover.  This will be our final response to this dispute.  Sincerely, Coveranything.com

      OMG!!! No pooling of water on your COVER PERIOD!!! You people are UNBELIEVABLE!!! You use excuses over and over that are INCORRECT!!! I will be moving forward with my attorney looking at the deception on many fronts of the way this 1200 platinum cover is advertised ( so called pathetic 12 year warranty) and how it’s deteriorating after 1 1/2 years in use!!  BUYER BEWARE!  I would NEVER BUY A COVER FROM THIS COMPANY AGAIN!!!

      Received a boat cover for my selected model of boat which they provide a guarantee fit. After receiving item it did not fit. After talking to manager Beth they issued me a partial refund deducting shipping. Issue is they are charging shipping for an item that does not fit the description. I feel I should not pay return shipping for the wrong item. Keep in mind they say it’s for the correct boat but clearly did not fit. Beth refused any additional help on the matter. She replied that it was policy even though they are false advertising the correct fit for my boat.

      Ms. *** filed a credit card chargeback which we have replied to in order to satisfy her requests.  Credit card chargebacks can take 75-90 days to reach a resolution, therefore we must wait until her credit card company finishes their inquiries and issues her refund as we have requested through the chargeback process.  Ms. *** should receive a full refund once her credit card company has finished their inquiry based upon the chargeback that she initiated.  Sincerely CoverAnything.com

      Good morning. I spend my winters in florida and decided to purchase a boat cover there and bring it back to canada in the spring on my return home. This saves me any duties. I purchased it feb 19 2022 confirmation #*********. Since I didn't return home well after 30 days from the purchase. I have been told they won't help me. The problem is the boat cover won't fit my boat. I assume they sent the wrong one. I opened the package on june 11 2022 after getting my boat out of storage only to find it won't fit. What i want is a exchange for the right one. I had the cover sent to my cousins in Florida Att. **** ******** and picked it up there. I spoke with customer assistance who couldn't help and passed me on to a manager who has yet to return my call. Any help would be great. Thanks and have a great day *** *******

      Mr. *******, I'm sorry to hear that the cover you received did not fit your boat to your expectations.  I know that it is frustrating, but can be attributed to several factors such as the wrong boat model, any aftermarket accessories on the boat, etc.  The aforementioned reasons are why we have a 30-day return period so that our customers are able to return items that may not fit.  We typically even extend our return period to as much as 45 days in certain circumstances.  However, at this point it has been 120 days past your purchase date by the time you contacted us for a return or exchange.  We cannot accept the return at this point, but would be able to extend a significant discount on a different item.  Our team would be happy to assist you with that if you'd like to take advantage.  Sincerely, CoverAnything.com

      Mr. *******, we offer a very generous return policy of 30-days.  We often extend it up to 60 days for customers.  However, you are 120 days past your purchase date.  We cannot do a return or exchange that far out of our return policy.

      I am rejecting this response because: Good day. Well it is obvious that Cover Anything isn't going to do anything. It looks like buyer beware. Yes I purchased this boat cover in Feb 2022 in florida. The reasons I gave earlier. In Ontario where I live we don't boat in the winter, so once my boat was out of storage in June I opened the box, tried fitting the top. Wouldn't so I put it back in the box. Now we have the wrong boat cover that Cover Anything won't exchange because they have this 30 day return policy. I'm not trying to return it I want to exchange it for the one that fits. After dealing with one of there representatives she told me I would have to talk to the manager. I said put me thru. Went straight to voice mail. Left a message, never returned my call which now I see is no surprise. I take some responsibility for this and should have read some of the reviews on this company which would have made my decision to buy somewhere else. BBB thank you for trying to resolve this but the way I see it I bought it I own it.

      Bought pontoon boat cover from Cover Anything on 9-8-21 for $299.50. Cover is starting to come apart at the seams. I contacted the seller via email on March 20, 2022. They requested I send pics. I did send them pics on March 26, 2022. Then they sent me an email requesting pics of the cover on the boat. I sent them those as well. On 4-9-2022, I sent an email asking if they received the pics and the status of the warranty issue. On 4-11-21 they said they got the pics and would be reviewed by their warranty dept. I have sent several more emails to see what the holdup is. In an email, 5-9-21, they said they would send me a "tear aid" to help the seams. Said they would get it out on 5-10-21. On May 26-21, I sent an email asking where the so-called repair kit is. On 5-31-21, they sent an email stating the repair kit was sent out the week before Memorial Day. The company says their products are warranted for 10 years. They also say of previous reviews from other customers, they don't send out repair kits. This company is refusing to send me a new cover and is just dragging their feet. They should not be doing business with anyone.

      Mr. ********:  We send the repair kits via US Mail, so I do not have a way to track it.  However, we are putting another one in the mail to you today.  You are correct, when a warranty claim is approved we do replace the entire cover.  However, it was the determination of our warranty team that your cover did not qualify for warranty coverage but as a gesture of goodwill we are sending you the repair kit complimentary.  I apologize you have not received your repair kit yet, but we are sending another out today (6/7/22) via US Mail.  We have no desire or motivation to drag our feet on anything -- we want you to be satisfied!  If you do not receive the repair kit in the next few days please contact our office and we will send another with UPS so we can track the package to you.  Contacting our office allows us to address matters more quickly and efficiently versus through third party websites such as the BBB.  We appreciate your business and assure you we are working to get your issues resolved!  Sincerely, CoverAnything.

      I am rejecting this response because: Yes, I did receive the repair kit. It is about the size of an index card, and I got 2 patches. Obviously, the cover is not going to get warranty replaced. There is no need to go back and forth with Coveranything since they don't honor their warranty. I will pass it along to anyone I know do not order from this company. This can be closed.

      I ordered their best cover on May 17. Three weeks later, I’ve received nothing, even though they’ve told me it was shipping twice. Those two times were the only times they ever emailed me back. I’ve emailed them three times in the past week and received no response. I’ve called twice and left messages, but no one has called me back. My cover wasn’t cheap. They told me last week that my cover just got back into stock and would ship early this week. I’ve received no tracking number. They told me this AFTER saying that it was shipping two weeks ago! I want my cover that I paid $180 for!

      I received a car cover from them. Some of the required parts are missing. An assembly instruction manual is missing, and there is no such manual on their website. No one is answering their phone, and their website does not show any address for a return. They also do not answer emails.

I apologize that yours was missing installing the cover is very straightforward. Simply find the "front" tag on the cover, and install that at the front of your vehicle. Work your way toward the back, pulling the sides of the cover down as you progress. It really is a simple process!
