      I always receive good service from Paschal, and this visit was no different. I found the representative, Stephan, to be very pleasant, knowledgeable, straight forward, and informative, taking the time to answer all of my questions. Overall, my experience was a pleasant one.

      It pays to get a second opinion. I have an older unit that requires R22 which can be expensive. I set up an appointment to check out why it wasn't cooling like it should. I was told by a Paschal employee when they came to look a the unit that they could schedule an appointment to have someone "charge" (add refrigerant) and see if that fixed the problem. I scheduled an appointment for the next day. The employee that came to add the refrigerant told me by phone, "it's leaking out as fast as it is going in" (regarding the refrigerant). He also said, "I can find the leak and maybe find replacement parts if needed, but since the unit is so old, it may cost as much as new unit." I ask how much a new unit was, and was quoted $9,000 to $10,000, but they could possibly have it done as soon as the next day. This was the Saturday of Memorial Day weekend. Fast forward few weeks, and it still wouldn't cool like it should. We contacted our local HVAC guy, and he cleaned the condenser and added .50 of R22. The unit is working fine now. Either the Paschal employee did not know what he was doing or he flat lied about the unit's issues in order to convince us we needed a new unit. Either way, I would not deal with this company.

      Always a great experience with Paschal. Been using them since 2019 for our plumbing, heat & ac needs. Every tech they send out is professional, friendly and patient with all our questions. Good folks!!

      Don't waste your time with this compan! If you need something fixed in a timely manner, this company not for you. took off work for this appointment from 7am-12pm to fix are HVAC unit. I got a call at 3pm saying there running late, got another call at 3:02pm and missed it. called back at 3:04pm and was on hold for 20min then told it was gonna be 3 week wait to get another appointment. looking at the other reviews, this looks like a common issue.

      I had an appoint to for service on the AC. I called yesterday to comfirm. It was a go. The time was today between 7-Noon. At 11:55 i called asking what the issue is and I was told they reschedule it. There was NO communication from Paschal at all. That is POOR customer service........ I know there is al ot of storm work. I get that...... If they can schedule a new appointment and cancel another they have time to call you and let you know and reschedule. When you ask for a manager that will not let you talk to anyone. They know what they did..... POOR SERVICE...... They tried to use the storm for the reason.... Look back at reviews from Oct and Nov 2023..... Same complaint.....

      PASCHAL is a wonderful company. It’s very nice to go to one company for all your heating and air, plumbing and electrical needs. They are not pushy and they don’t try to sell you something you don’t need. The young man who helped us with electrical needs ( sorry I can’t remember his name) was very friendly and helpful. Gave me options on how to do the electrical in the kitchen. If I could I would give him 10 stars. Thank you so much
