sent 2 website message complaints only for them to state they did not get the photos so I tried to send them per their email as a reply 4 different times and all were returned and could not be sent. Tried to call the 1-800-233-6332 customer service number and each time they would not even answer and you could hear them in the background. I am again out of $18.99 plus tax due to bad southern style chicken breast tenderloins and they already gave me a case number and nothing. IS THIS ANYWAY TO RUN A BUSINESS. Even the bag smells of rotten chicken. nothing but crumbs inside bags and little bits of chicken vs what you are to get per the photo on the bag. Corporate needs to know what is going on with their so call customer support so call team and not doing their job--the number of the 2.5 bag is ****** *********** **** ** **** ** ***** *** ********* ** * ***** ***** *-I don't have the photos anymore--just information written down on the sorry bag what is the problem????Business response

After discussing this case with my team I understand there was a miss. We reached out to Ms. ****** and offered 3x replacement via coupons. We appreciate Ms. ****** bringing this to our attention. She should receive replacement within 7-10 business days.Customer response
