On 8 February 2022 I placed an order in the amount of $2,358.99 for a Ridgemont Cherry Bedroom Set and King Bamboo Mattress for Ms. ******** *******. The order number on file is #*****. Upon delivery of the bedroom set from Furishings4Less there were damages made to the walls, a subpar bedroom set setup, and a broken mirror. F4L told me that they would refund me for the broken mirror and setup fee but I was only refunded for the setup fee in the amount of $149.00 and inquired about receiving a replacement mirror. I am active duty military so shortly after I reported these issues to F4L I deployed and wasn’t in contact with F4L which explains the gaps in email traffic attached but I did tell them to contact Ms. ******* directly to settle the case. Upon my redeployment it was discovered that there had been no action to get a replacement mirror sent to Ms. *******. I have spoken with multiple representatives, sent follow up emails, and still have not received assistance to resolve this issue with a replacement mirror as this is what the company committed to me that I would receive and have not. The last I was told is that the pictures were received and my email so they can get the replacement mirror shipped and yet I still have not received any correspondence from F4L. I’ve tried calling again last month and also sent another follow up email this month and still no response.Customer response

I am rejecting this response because: The response says they have taken care of this customer but I am not sure what that means. I have not received a call or email correspondence in regards to this matter being resolved and whether or not another mirror has been or will be shipped.

Hello,
This issue has been resolved directly with the customer. The replacement mirror shows delivered via UPS tracking information and the inside delivery and setup refund was issued.
Since filing the complaint, this customer has not reached back out to our confirmation emails.
