Got a extra protection plan on my couch for five years for $299 to find out Sam’s furniture told me I need to lie to be able to get my spots on my couch removed that is just near policy and I said I need to lie When I paid for coverage honestly, I don’t agree to be a liar, nor will I lie to the company to get my 5 yr warranty to be handled!! Who asked to customer July when they pay extra for a purchase warranty plan to make it good with there policy, I will be taking this to a higher court and file a civil act

I have bought a few things at this facility- last one being December of 2021 & Jan 2022- I bought 3 pieces (couch, loveseat, recliner) I bought the extended warranty to cover any tears, holes etc- I had to contact the warranty department for them to come out and look at my furniture as the cloth (microsuede) stitching was coming undone as well as there are holes in it (size of a pencil) I am not really home enough to have a couch falling apart like this already as prior to having a leather sofa that lasted 8 years bought at Sam's but made by Ashley Furniture. This catnapper set is ridiculous. The extended warranty denied my claim as I didn't know the exact time and what happened. So now I have paid for a warranty covered for 3 years that nothing can be done on all of the pieces individually. Sams contacted the manufacturer they said and they denied it. I contacted the manufacturer (Jackson) and nobody has responded. Upon sharing on social media what I found out was- this is pretty standard practice by all 3 of them. There is a lot of upset customers with the same issues and nothing is being done. Now I have 3 pieces of furniture that "Jeff" sold me stating it would withhold a 300lb man easily with any dents or damage done to it and I can't even get a call back or my money back from the warranty that clearly isn't covered. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE -

Bought a power recliner couch and a few months later it had a failure in the mechanical , we complained and waited , no response , checked on status a couple of times and they keep putting us off been 6 months still no fix !
