Took my 2008 f250 to them, they tore it down and told me I need a new engine they called me asked me to come by and check it out which was awesome. I did, the showed me where 2 pistons where cracked and it scored the block they recommended a new engine. Ok cool I tell them wail you have truck torn down please replace the a/c compressor and get the a/c working correctly. They get work done I had already paid them 90% of the bill they called me with remaining balance which I came in and paid right away total bill was over 26k I picked truck up drove it him 1 mile away. Parked it got up next morning and had a puddle of oil underneath the truck. I took it back they kept it all day. Called me and told me it wasn’t leaking oil it was from the old engine. Ok so I took truck home spend a few hours cleaning underneath the truck got everything cleaned up. My son drove truck next day then parked it and more oil on ground. I take it back to them. Oh it’s a bad gasket we will get the gasket company to cover it under warranty. Get truck back not leaking or so we thought drove it for a few days and it was leaking worse than ever. Took it back to the oh it’s turbo stand gasket we didn’t find one so we didn’t replace it. So they then replaced it drove it home found it was leaking again took it back oh it’s an AN fitting leaking so I purchased a new AN fitting took it to them they told me it was easy fix could pick it up at the end of the day showed at 5pm and it was ready. Thought this process I requested my a/c be fixed they ignored me. So drive it for a few days and it’s leaking once again. Took it back they said it’s the timing cover and they are in national back order they can’t find one. So after about 30 mins of searching I found one purchased it. Took it to them. I said please wail you are fixing the leak please fix the a/c system I don’t care what it cost just repair it. Keep the truck as long as you need just fix it. Picked up yesterday they didn’t address a/c
