I will never do business with this Company again. Jose our sales Representative promised us we would have two keys to this car that my daughter purchased. It seems that no one at this dealership gives a crap about customer service. If we had known that we were not going to get two keys to this car we would not have bought it. GM Shane R****** is rude and said it is not in writing that they would provide the2 keys. We took Jose for his verbal promise if we had known we would have put it in writing. That's how they get you to buy a car make promises then do not uphold them and the GM is just as bad. GM called me and insulted me asking me how much are we going to pony up for a key fob .. I advised him I'm not going to pay for a fob. This dealership makes millions and they won't purchase a 350 dollar key fob for a young lady who needs it she is in the military and will be moving around. I have been dealing with this for a week. I have called the corporate office of Crain in Sherwood Arkansas and crickets. They refuse to give out Eddie B***** information and just send emails and tell you he will call back. What a joke. PEOPLE DO NOT DO ANY BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY .. GO TO EVERRET VOLKSWAGON FOR YOUR NEEDS their customer services is excellent. Crain Volkswagen of Fayetteville AR left me no choice I gave them ample time to remedy this situation and provide customer service and make it right but they refused to do anything or provide any type of customer service. They suck.
