      They claimed they could get rid of the ants in my house. They only made them worse. I chose to have another company come in and after one visit the other company had my issue resolved. I feel that rumble cheated me for services not rendered. Speaking with other residents in the neighborhood that also had the same issue with Rumble had went with other companies. Rather than resolving the issue they would not listen to me and hung up on me and shortly there after they pulled money out of my account in the form of a cancelation fee. I am very discussed in this company.

      Here at Rumble Pest Solutions we give a great deal of pride in our ability to provide a great service. As the professionals, dealing with specific bugs such as ants, we understand it could possible take multiple services to rid a house of the concerns. Ants break into different colonies and can move throughout the house as we try to eradicate them. Often times, we will need to adjust the products being used to make sure we are taking care of the problem in a professional and legal way. In this circumstance, we had been to retreat 2 times with the ants splitting colonies. The customer then said they used another company. Rumble Pest Solutions will always work until the situation is done and the customer is complete. All of Rumble Pest Solutions calls are recorded. Listening back to the phone call with this customer, the reason the phone call was disconnected was the customer spoke language that no employee should have to listen to. After hearing the call, Rumble will stand by their decision of a cancel fee.

      Two or three months ago I mailed Rumble Pest Solutions a handwritten letter with my final bill and told them I wanted no further pest services from their company. I wanted my request in writing and on file. Fast forward to 11/19 and Rumble shows up at my house while I'm at work and performs a service. I find out after my wife sees the door hanger left on our front porch. At that point I called and spoke to their office manager. He acknowledged they received my letter, but then proceeded to tell me I was required to call to cancel service. I told him I read the agreement and it contained no such stipulation. He agreed and attempted to talk me into signing up again to give them a second chance. I refused and he assured me I would not be billed for the service I didn't ask for. Now it's 12/3 and I just received their bill in the mail. The bill I was told would be taken care of and a "no payment needed" note placed in our file. The only resolutions I want are no further contact from this company, the bill for the unwanted service taken off of our account, and to have our account completely closed.
