Froze membership on 5/5/2024. Monthly membership charges should have stopped at that time. Subsequently cancelled membership on 7/17/2024.Planet Fitness and ********** Fitness Solutions have continued to bill me via *********** Card transactions since 5/17/2024.My attempts to contact the manager have been mostly unsuccessful with promises that the manager would call me back multiple times with no follow up call. I had to go into the gym on 7/18 to chase him down and speak with him, at which time I was told the refunds would be issued by 7/26.In that time, I discovered I was billed two more times (each time in the amount of $10.24) since the 6/26 debit for which I was seeking a refund. As of 7/24/2024, the refund for the 6/26 debit was processed; however, I was now owed $20.48 in refunds. On 7/24, I emailed the local Planet Fitness manager and the billing vendor **** Fitness Solutions) a copy of my bank statement showing the charges owed, together with my statement of Payment Authorization Revocation, which contractually revokes any authorization for them to use my banking information to debit my account via ACH or Debit Card. As of this morning 7/25/2024, I have not received a response from either party and they have debited my account again this morning in the amount of $10.00 via a Debit Card transaction. They are now illegally accessing my account and owe me a refund in the amount of $30.48.Initial Complaint

On march 12 2024 i walked into planet fitness for my usual shower as i always do. I have a medical condition that causes my stomach to spasm and i must sit in warm water to relax it. I was met with rudeness. Employee stated "wow dont you think you take a lot of showers" i let it go upon exiting the shower and entering the changing room. I sat for a while waiting to see if my stomach was okay or if i needed another shower. After re entering the shower stall, i was met rudly again by an employee who said i cant sleep here, confused i contested saying i wasnt, he offered to call an abulamce and i declined, i could see on the phone in his hand he was recording the conversation. The employee admitted to spying on me in the changing room, a complete invasion of privacy. And insisted that i had been sleeping when i simply had my hands over my face. He said i could not spend this much time in the shower and asked me to leave and escorted me from the building. When the manager of the buisness was asked why this was he said there is no limit to shower time, just to the handicap stall, as someone else needed it at that time, i was never offered the option to move stalls, just asked to leave, and there were no other customers waiting for the shower at that time. When the manager was asked why their employee was spying on me in the stall and had escorted me out of the buisness, he refused to speak to anyone and said no one had said anything to him so that it must not have happened like that. I was saying something now. He insisted that nobody would do that, and refused to provide any further information. When asked where it was stated anywhere that there was a limit on shower time, he there was no limit to shower time, yet insisted that i had been removed do to long shower times.Initial Complaint

I canceled a Planet Fitness membership in **. When I found I was still being charged, I inquired and was told a location in AZ was charging me. I called that location in ** and was told the membership was started with an unsigned contract with my checking account number in 2013, and the assistant manager, **** was apologetic. My bank gave me another account and advised me to call the police. Today I was told that, although they cannot produce a signed contract, they nevertheless will not return my $2100. I was told they do not feel they need to refund the money, and I should do whatever I like, but the money will not be refunded. I have filed a police report in Apache Junction, AZ, and the report number is P375396.
