BUYER BEWARE!!! This is a voicemail that I received from a salesman at Robert Horne Ford! It doesnt even include the other foul names he called me. He is still employed there, but thats probably because a relative of his is a manager at the dealership! The only way the dealership would offer any compensation was if I bought a car from them! NO THANK YOU!! Do yourself a favor and visit a better dealership! I had to leave a star to leave a review, but they dont deserve one Hey ***, just trying to get a hold of you On the phone a little easier for both of us or I get you correct information so please give me a call back. Ordered a new 2022 **** superduty 03/11/2022 arrived at the dealership 06/14/2022.Asked for a final price, they included $2294 worth of dealer adds I requested them not be added as I had ordered the vehicle and was not just walking in.The salesman *************************** told me they had to sell them with the dealer adds and tried to persuade me on the advantages of it.And he had told me about them when we started the process.That never happened or else I wouldnt have been extremely upset with them.The only concession they made was to reduce the amount of the bedliner when I sent them an email with a quote from the same company they use.I spoke with the floor sales manager and was told they apologize for not making sure I was informed of this.But would not make anymore concessions then told me what a great deal I was getting and should be happy with the extras.As I could have turn around and resell the truck and make money on it.They also on the final price neglected to initially put in the deposit I had put down.I had set up my own financing because dealers will usually steer you into a higher interest loan because they get a kickback.I ended up spending 2.5 hours at my bank because the dealership had refused to send over the **** to the bank.Don the sales manager told the bank finance he wouldnt send it as I had to go thru their system.A bank manager finally got involved and made it right.The vehicle price also went up around $500 and I had asked the salesman to provide me the initial order spec sheet so we could figure out the difference.He did not.Based on my experience with this salesman and the high pressure from the floor manager. I would never recommend them to anyone.Not adding deposit into final numbers.Adding expensive dealer adds without consulting customer on a special order vehicle.Refusing to let a customer set up own financing.Not supplying requested documentation to validate why vehicle price went up.

This dealership is very dishonest and loves to play bait and switch with their customers. Their employees are very condescending and rude. Beware of sneaky fees and unethical business practices.
