*******************, Had her 2012 ***** vehicle with over 189K miles towed in (came in without a serpentine belt). She wanted us to diagnose her vehilcle which we did. We informed ************ the vehicle alternator had internal failure and needed to be replaced. At this time ************ approved the repairs for her vehicle. The alternator for her vehilce was special order, once it came in we found the alternaor was not the correct alternator from our vendor. At this time we advised ************ that we can get the correct alternator, but it would cost more coming from the dealership. ************* stated "yes" she would like to get the alternator from the dealership and we advised her of the price difference. ************* called back a day later to follow up and we advised he the alternator is on its way. At this time ************* stated she did not want to pay the price diffference on the alternator. We were willing to give her the alternator at our cost, for the inconvience, but she did not want that. ************* was very rude and started yelling at our staff over the phone. I called her back to see if there was anything we can do since we already had the alternator out ready to install the new one. I let ************ know that we are doing what we can for her, she stated that a tow company was picking up the vehicle. ***on a side note ************ has her husband vehicle her that we have completed work on and has been here since March 3 ready for pick up*** so I am a bit baffled on why she is upset we have great customer service and this is why she has brought a third car to us.
