      VMEdu, Inc. has been making a monthly recurring charge to my **************** card since November 26, 2020. It was in the last several months I realized there was a charge being made which I never authorized. **************** can only resolve dispute from October ***** to May 2021. I never subscribed to anything with this company. I have called them twice and was told someone would "return the call" yet noon ever has returned the call. My most recent call was today speaking with ************ I have also emailed them via their support without resolution and any proof given by them I set up a recurring charge. I only made a one time purchase for $75 for reading materials. They set up recurring charges unauthorized by me to my **************** Account. I want a full refund all the way back to November 26th of the $35 per month charges and want to make sure if someone researches this company they are alerted to their unethical business practices.

      Hi Team, 

      We are not sure why the student claims that this is an unauthorized charge.

      The student made a payment to purchase the SFC physical courseware on 26 Nov 2020. As part of the purchase, a VMEdu premium subscription profile was created and a welcome email with the login details was sent to him.

      We have clearly mentioned all the terms and conditions of the subscription charges on the website and also during the checkout page. It clearly states that "The free access to VMEdu Premium subscription is only valid for a month after which it will renew at $35 per month (can be canceled any time from the online course)." The student even agreed to the subscription terms while purchasing on our website.

      There has been no correspondence from the student to cancel the subscription until October 8, 2021. As soon as the payment was processed, the Premium subscription was renewed. The student then raised a ticket on Oct 8, 2021, to cancel the subscription. We canceled the subscription and provided a confirmation. Also, we provided her with all the documents and proofs of the charges.

      The subscription details and the different terms and conditions are clearly stated during the payment process and on the website. So, kindly close the case on our behalf.  We are attaching all the relevant documents for your reference.

      There was never anything about accepting any kind of recurring subscription nor did I ever receive an email.  I have asked multiple times for copies of any email.    I only purchased $75.00 for materials and THAT IS ALL.  Also I have called multiple times without a call back from anyone at this most unprofessional business.  I will be calling PMI org to ensure they are aware of this businesses fraudulent practices to ensure they do not refer anyone to their courses or materials as well as make the PMOs at the ************** aware. 

      This is nothing but shady business practice to steal money from consumers.  You should be ashamed of yourself!

      Thank you for getting back to us with the response.

      We are not sure why the student disagrees that she did not agree to the terms and conditions while purchasing the **** Guide as all the terms are clearly mentioned on our website. A student can only proceed with the purchase once he/she agrees to the same. Since the student claims that she did not get any notifications and is disappointed, our management has agreed to refund her four recurring charges which were charged to her card in the recent past. However, our finance team is unable to process the refunds as the student has raised the dispute on the payments which were remitted.

      As the student has raised disputes on the payments, the payments are on hold and cannot be refunded. There was one open dispute which we closed and refunded back one payment to the student and additionally paid $20 to PayPal as the funds were kept on hold. However, the other payments cannot be refunded until the disputes are closed by the student. We are attaching all the relevant documents for your verification and reference.

Once you visit the link and enter all the relevant information, you will find a button "Submit & Continue" at the bottom followed by the terms which clearly states that subscription details. 

      As an esteemed customer, we want to refund the student but unable to do so as the student has raised disputes on the payments.
