I discontinued services with this company in December 2021. In the documentation provided you can see where they excepted my discontinuation of services and assured me there would be no bills going forward into 2022. As of January 4 they build one credit card $256 and the other credit card $266. I notified them and they told me those were charged an error and that I would be reimbursed within 3 to 5 business days. That was back in January around the 20th they told me this and I am still not reimbursed. They said the statement showing that they were reimbursing me but they have not done so. I then got two more charges on my credit cards as of February 4 on one card $256 on the other $266. Because of slow response and often lack of response, I have now had to get my bank involved to dispute these charges and face fees for that service from my bank. I want my money returned and no further fees from this company charge to my account as they are not authorized to charge me.Initial Complaint

We were referred here by our daughters pediatrician to have an evaluation for *** at the beginning of this year. They gave us an amount for a treatment plan that consisted of parent coaching sessions and an *** evaluation/diagnosis. We were told that everything would be done by the end of April. We went through every process EXCEPT the *** evaluation. We suddenly were unable to get anyone to respond to our emails or phone calls. We were being completely ignored and had no idea what was going on. In addition they charged us an extra amount that was never agreed upon and when we brought this to their attention (in April) they stated it was a mistake and would be refunding that money. It is now November and we have no refund. Then we never heard from them again despite our many attempts to contact them both through email and phone messages. The next time we heard from them was July when they told us we finally had an appointment. One week before the appointment they cancelled on us. They said we were at the top of the priority list for the next available appointment. That was the last we heard from them until a week ago. We have been emailing and calling every single day for months and finally they got us a virtual appointment. We logged into the virtual call a minute early to be sure we were in and ready to go. We waited an hour and nobody showed up. I have had it. Its like they are doing this on purpose at this point just to mess with us. Thats what it feels like anyway. Im done. I want my money back for the evaluation that has never happened yet has been fully paid for. I also am still waiting on the refund from the bogus charge from months ago. And still, no answer on the phone calls and no response to my emails. We will be seeing the pediatrician again in 2 weeks where we will request a new referral to a different company and also be urging him to never refer anyone else to this company again.Business response

Client received communication that when in person treatment is safe for children to receive, those services will resume. Several policies and procedures have been modified to respond to the developing needs of the pandemic.
client also received notification that our portals were updated and that they may have received an automated appointment email that was an error msg.

we received the email indicating the portal was an error AFTER the meeting was over and we sat there on the meeting for over an hour waiting, desperately for this to be done. My daughter needs this diagnosis in order to get the assistance she needs as insurance will only cover so much therapy without a diagnosis. This is absolute torture. All we have asked for is a **** phone call from someone and all of our efforts have been 100% ignored. We were NOT notified that things would resume once it was safe. We were never told once that anything was unsafe. This is the first weve heard of that. How hard would it have been to just call us back and tell us that?? They communicate great if you owe them money. Once they have your money they stop communicating. Also, how convenient of them to completely not address the bogus charge issue that we still have not gotten back? If someone from Barry could just call us and go over details on what we should expect thats really all weve been asking for SINCE APRIL! Communication shouldnt be this hard when you have a business. So many people have the same complaints. What does that tell you?Business response
