They don't even deserve one star. We bought a used truck from them - paid cash. Drove off the lot and the truck broke down. No help whatsoever. They cleared the codes on a POS truck and sold it to us. These people give dealerships a bad name. Stay far away from Avondale NissanReview from Nina S

Just dissatisfied with the all around service from Avondale Nissan, I signed my original contract after hours of negotiation, just to have them call me back two weeks later saying to come sign my title, so as I get there they tell me my payment has increased, but I advised them that I was not agreeing to this increase and that I would just take back my trade in and leave, but they said they no longer had my trade in vehicle, which left my no choice than to sign the new contract, and when I got this new vehicle my low tire sensor was on but I thought nothing if it and just went and put air in it, but now everyday this sensor is on and I have to put air i it everyday, so I took the vehicle to multiple tire shops to check the tire and they said they see no issue with the tire could just be a bad tire, so because I had the vehicle less than a month I called Avondale Nissan to see if they will replace their bad tire, and they stated I will have to pay for it, but I just feel like because its still practically new and the is nothing in the tire, the should be willing to replace it to show thank you for doing business with us, cause Lord know I will NEVER do business with them again, but looking at previous reviews they dont care about customer satisfaction!!!Review from Veronica C

Went to get my car repaired, horrible customer service, when I dropped off my car I only had one code, I had also asked for my old battery to left in the car so I can get my credit for it, when I got my car back I had 3 codes showing up and found out some stuff was not hooked back up properly. They also kept my battery. I called several times asking for a manager to call ********* refused to let me speak to a manager. I had horrible experience getting updates and return calls. I contacted them several times trying to get this resolved. I would never step foot in the place ever again. The worse experience I ever had with a dealership.Review from David L

Not great unhappy customer, I have no problem with sales ***** I'm very angry unhappy customer with service ***** on June 3, 2023 I brought my car in for oil change. Prior to handing over the vehicle key, I took a picture my dishboard in order recored the odometer. The aforementioned picture clearly shows that the steering column had no damage. Shortly I had retrieved my vehicle from Avondale Nissan, I discovered a scratch or scrape on top of my steering column. I once again took a picture of the steering column for comparison with its earlier condition. I asserts that the pictured damage could only have been caused while Avondale Nissian had possession of the vehicle. I spoke with *********************, manager of Avondale Nissan. Unbelievably ************ claimed that I had "waited too long to notify" Avondale Nissan about the damage, despite the face I contacted ************ the same day as the oil change. ************ further claimed that there was nothing Avondale Nissan was willing to do to assist me or address my concerns. I advises that he spent approx. 30 to 40 min attempting to persuade ************ that my position was unreasonable, but ************ reminded adman. This is unacceptable. Avondale Nissan may create imaginary rules for itself, but such frivolous endeavors have no earring on its legal liabilities. To more simply, Avondale Nissan is responsible for the damaging it cause. I went to pick up my vehicle to Avondale Nissan at the service department. I drove to another location to get the work done and as I get off the car, I find under my car seat Drugs on my vehicle. it's very disappointing to experience this. As I have kids and also, I could of being pulled over and be charged for having drugs on my vehicle. I have made a police report to Avondale police ***** My vehicle prior to this situation was worked on because the transmission was failing to operate. I had twice the transmission done on my vehicle that is concerning not knowing if the person who worked on my vehicle was on drugs. In addition to the finding the drugs the general manager was advised however he never returned our call back as he said he was. The vehicle Nissan versa 2017 I bought was in a car accident and air bags were deployed. I was never notified this car was in a car accident rear and front crash. I happened to find out later when I was looking to get another make car that the dealership said we can only give you this much because it was in a bad car accident. I feel like I was taken advantage of when I truly needed a vehicle to get to work. Shortly after I saw I the defects the car had; the locks weren't working properly along with having tires that were ready to be replaced. I as I customer expect to be treated fairly with purchasing a vehicle. I felt like they truly took advantage of me in so many ways to say the least in here.Avondale Nissan Response

Thank you for the review. As you would remember I said that I would do a little investigation into the matter and found nothing that would indicate that anyone here would leave drugs in the car. At the time you purchased your car which was almost 2 years ago the tires were good and within guidelines to be a safe tire. Also many times an accident does not show up on a carfax till months later after an accident. Looks like your car has been in an accident since you have owned the vehicle as well. We would be more that happy to trade you out of your car at any time if it helps. Thank you.Review from Airic

My son made his fist vehicle purchase from Avondale Nissan as the we bought him was starting to have a lot of mechanical problems. Almost as soon as we got the vehicle home we started having problems. He has had it for 8 months and it has been in the shop 7 times (it is currently in the shop) and he has spent close to $4,000.00 in repairs. The last time we took it to Avondale Nissan, not only was the problem misdiagnosed but the service guy said about the care we purchased from them just a few months prior "do yourself a favor and get rid of this thing as soon as possible". My son has made several attempts to get a hold of the ** to see if there is some way they can assist in getting him out of this car and into something different and the **, *********************** has not returned any calls or responded to an email. Not only has this experience been a complete nightmare but has wiped out my sons entire savings.I wouldn't recommend this place to anyone, ever!Review from Angelica R.

Worst experience ever! I went in up front with my credit score, my monthly payment expectations, pointed out a car at ******, agreed to run my credit then they come back and say they mislabeled the car at $21,700 when it was really $27,000 on their website ,after 3 hours there they couldnt help me. They tried working the numbers the following day, waste of time, as they still couldnt help me AND the car then was priced up to $29,900. The general manager, *********************** is very rude and condescending. They are scamming DO NOT COME HERE! Save your money and your time. I left their customer service director a message and have yet to receive a call.Review from Everardo R.

This is what I call a bad service. They (Avondale Nissan) damaged my front passenger door, after the truck was left for repair and the tech forgot to take the keys with him so after a while it locked automatically and they opened it using a device like a hook to unlocked it (I witness this myself) they can check the cameras if there is any doubt. After the repair they called my to pick up the truck 4 hours later, I noticed some issues right away, so I let the manager ****** know right away. He didnt resolve the issue.I left not too happy and as soon as I hit the road I heard a sound on the power lock very similar to the sound that lead my to take the vehicle to the repair shop. I thought it was the same issue so I went back to the dealer and the manager and I took a test drive so he could hear the sound. At first he said the sound was normal but I replied that was BS. It didnt have that sound.Bottom line I want the car fix. It didn't have that sound when I took it the shop and if they check the cameras they can see what the tech had to do to get in and this could have damage the locking mechanism of the vehicle. That door had no issue and no notice was there beforehand.The cost to repair the door was not cheap and they had the vehicle for over 3 hours. When I turned in the vehicle they did an inspection and found only damage in the door I stated for them. After I get the car back I have damage on another and I dont thinks it's fair that I should have to pay for the additional damage done at the shop. I have called the manager and have received no response back. As I have previously stated this could be resolved with a quick review of the cameras. You can see the tech opening the vehicle with the hook device since he forgot the keys.
