Repairs began on/around 4/19/22. Due to malfunctions from a side job completed by *************************. I arrived to pick up my vehicle on 1/4/22 and many lights were on my dashboard that were not on previously. My ABS light is on, check engine light and ESC off light. The only light on my dashboard that was on previously was my airbag light. Rodeo Kia replaced the brake fluid line amongst many other front end suspension/brake parts. I would like my vehicle in the condition it was in originally. The service manager Guy advised he does not have a tool to scan my vehicle which is not acceptable. Please advise. I would also need a proper test drive of my vehicle while I am present to ensure the safety of myself and others on the road.Initial Complaint

I purchased my 2019 Kia ****** the evening of 12/16/2021. During that time I was working 60+ hours a week, on my first day off on the first week of having the vehicle I noticed the seats had stains and my speakers were making clicking noises. When inspecting the headlines in day light, I was able to confirm that they were peeling from sun exposure. I looked underneath the front bumper of the car to find a damaged undercarriage. I took pictures of all of these issues and I drove 60+ miles round trip to the dealership to be told that my parts had to be ordered and I would be notified when they would arrive. While waiting for the parts to arrive on 1/22 I discovered a rattling noise coming from my engine. I contacted the service department and they advised that it would be taken care of when the vehicle was brought in for the other repairs which were covered by the warranty as the vehicle was sold to me in conditions that were not acceptable per the ********************** checklist. I was given a loaner vehicle for the time I was left without a vehicle during the repairs. When I picked up my vehicle I noticed the rattling sound coming from the engine was still present, that was when I was advised that it was a motor mount that had to be replaced. Which again I drove back home and had to wait for the part to arrive. On or around 2/20 I picked up my vehicle to find the noise still present. I recorded video each of the times the rattling sound was present and emailed it to service advisor ****** Around 3/1 I had to come back again and left the vehicle with manager Guy, a couple days later I got a call from ***** saying they found twigs and leaves in my fan that had been causing the rattle. Picked up on 3/8 and On 3/9 the noise was present again, I recorded video and sent it to my service advisor hoping to get a receive a follow up. There has been no solution for this other than time and money wasted. I pay a $450 car payment for a vehicle that is not safe to drive.
