    The Load On Wheel's brokers gave me a quote of "$425 Door to Door". They started delaying the shipment, and told me their truck broke down. The next thing was they double the price. After they double the price I went to another broker and was able to get an upfront total cost of shipping the truck. On Sept. 29, 2024 I started asking Load On Wheel's when they would refund my $131.00. It is Nov. 29, 2024 and I still don't have the refund. They no longer answer my calls or emails.

    I am very happy with the service I have received and still am receiving. I am in a power wheelchair and they make sure that my chair is securely tied down. I feel very safe with them. I told my mother and another person about how well I am pleased with this service, that they signed up to get the service as well. What I like most about them is because they are on time picking me up and getting me to my appointment on time. Thank you Wheels on Wheels!

    Wheels on Wheels drivers are excellent and extremely caring about our safety and make sure to keep our trips timely. They pay attention to our needs when getting in and out of vehicles. I prefer them when scheduling trips.

    Im impressed with wheels on wheels. Never knew there was a service like this, until I heard about it through my handicap son who uses it regularly. Now that I have macular degeneration and cant be driving anymore, ive been using wheels on wheels. I am very pleased with the drivers, who are friendly and courteous, who have always gotten me to my appointments on time. Thank you wheels on wheels!

    Wheels on Wheels treats each other and the clients well. They consistently offer dependability, professional, friendly, helpful drivers. I like that they can be reachable via text message and phone call. They have a variety of vehicles such as stretcher vans with some companion seating, rear loading wheelchair vans with extra wide ramps. A minor thing that has definitely gotten better over time: sometimes the WoW staff doing scheduling messses up the drop off address due to assumptions or not paying close attention. One driver tends to be on personal calls more than necessary. I would like to see a company name badge or company branded shirt or even some other clear way to easily identify their drivers visually since the vinyl vehicle graphics are only on some of the stretcher vehicles with lifts. It would be helpful to see magnetic sign on both sides of the vehicles for the ones which are not having wrap around graphics. They are responsive and offer quality service above many other NEMT providers. It's apparent that the majority of their staff sincerely enjoy their work that helps passengers with transportation needs. I have enjoyed seeing the company grow and maintain their professional conduct along with their punctuality and positive attitudes.

    I have used wheels on wheels twice in the last week and have been extremely satisfied with the drivers and the vans. Drivers were very friendly, helpful and cheerful. I will definitely use them in the future and Im grateful they are in the business and doing a great job.

    WOW has been professional friendly and on time when ever they are scheduled to pick me up. I appreciate the fact that they can often accommodate my early work schedule
