I reached out to this company to replace a patio door. I had multiple tentative times set and the owner ***** rescheduled three times not showing up. Once he came out to measure they gave me a quote and the worker showed up with the glass and it was the wrong size. They then proceeded to tell me a higher price. I said no thank you and they left. A few days later they called back with the lower price. I then had ****** come out again and to try to schedule and he said that I had to pay upfront but to call the admin to schedule. I called admin she confirmed that we could pay in full when they came to install door which obviously was the practice because I did not pay in full up front when they came the original time. ***** called me right after we scheduled and said I had to pay in full before the appointment and that was the policy since the new year. Again my first appointment was in the new year and they did not do this and if it was the new policy why would the scheduler that takes the payment not know about the policy. This company is very unreliable.
