I was given x rays to determine a need for physical therapy following a vehicle accident that was not my fault. I was sent a bill and paid it in full. Then I received another bill, which I also paid. Now I have received yet another bill from them for the same thing. They keep increasing the cost (it was over a year ago now since the x rays) and their bills do not specify what the bills are for and their website has the wrong dates for them. The bills come from all over the country (Pennsylvania, Colorado), all with different phone numbers to call and different account numbers for one person (me) and other numbers that are confusing. When I finally reach the office of origin, they cannot explain things and tell me to call my insurance when they are the ones creating my bill. According to the dates, the bill occurred before the office visit. They cannot keep medical staff (they keep leaving) and for years they insisted on listing my dead husband (buried in another state who never lived here) as my contact person and would not remove him. They keep listing him as being in his 70s when he died at age 57. I do not trust their billing since they cannot get basic information correct. (My medical profile on their website is full of errors!) They probably are not even billing the right person, based on all of their mistakes. If I pay an account in full and have proof of payment, I should not keep getting INCREASED bills a year later. That should not be allowed! I am a military widow and retired teacher on a fixed income and cannot afford their bad bookkeeping!Customer response

They did not respond directly about this matter but after MULTIPLE phone calls to them they finally sent a more detailed statement. They are billing for something completely different but it does not ever state that on their bills. I log in to their webpage to my account and I still cannot see details to explain what they are billing for. They need to change this to save time for the customer. It should be readily available without having to continue calling them about it. This happens every single time I have any kind of test or procedure, physical therapy, etc.
