I purchased small pistol primers and paid $30.00 shipping and handling. Now Emerald says they shipped the merchandise from ******* to ********, but they need another $520.00 insurance money to deliver.Initial Complaint

I ordered gunpowder fro Emerald Gun Shop, $221.49 and transferred the money with Zelle. The are shipping it thru Logiprocorp. I was notified by Logiprocorp that I needed to submit a $200 fee for insurance. I did that also with Zelle. Today they notified me that they needed an additional $515 for a city permit otherwise they wouldnt be able to deliver it. I told Emerald that I couldnt make that kind of payment and to please cancel the order and refund my money.When I told Logiprocorp that the I was canceling the order and asked for a refund of the money they said that wasnt possible and to just make the payment. I asked Emerald to pay for the permit and all they would say was make the payment. At this point I am getting no response from either Emerald or Logiprocorp. My feeling is that I have been screwed out of $423, I would like to get the powder delivered, or a refund from both Emerald and Logiprocorp.
