I did installations and painted for Renewal Restoration LLC on December 10, 2022. I have been trying to collect payment for services rendered, however Renewal Restoration LLC has failed to make final payment. I have called **** and left messages/texts and have resent the invoice to them several times. He will not respond to my emails or phone calls.Business response

We are truly sorry for your late payment. The invoice you sent over was over looked on accident. **** doesn't deal with invoices and I know he has explained that to you several times in text message again it was an accident and as soon as I realized that payment was not sent we put the check in the mail.Initial Complaint

We fabricated and installed countertops for Renewal Restoration LLC on June 1st, 2022. We have been trying to collect payment for services rendered however Renewal Restoration LLC has failed to make final payment.. ************ will not respond to our emails or phone calls.Business response

We have asked numerous times for this company to submit a invoice like every other contractor and we will pay the invoice. This company refuses to send invoice and we as a company do not pay anyone without a invoice because we have track invoices for tax purposes. As soon as you submit a invoice you will be paid I dont understand the problem because have worked with you numerous times and you have submitted invoices before.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.The business was sent an invoice for service on multiple occasions and numerous calls were made to ensure invoice was received. Due to this complaint the business did reach out to us.
